I just got my sun glasses back and they look great. Exactly what I wanted. It just took weeks to get them. When I asked about the delay they said they had to redo the lenses because they didn't meet their quality control. When I asked again, the same response. Did they really make the lenses three times or are they just backed up?
I'm certain they had to wait to receive the frames I ordered (ordered frames and prescription lenses together) but the only update on the order page I ever received was when it suddenly shipped after nearly 2 months, otherwise it sat at "expected to complete in 6 days". I ordered the polarized mirrored, which takes 3 weeks so I wasn't sure what was happening. Once they arrived? They are amazing, and I ordered more lenses for another pair but I wish the updates on the order page would be more detailed. I don't mind waiting if you tell me "waiting to receive frames" and "waiting for polarized mirror finish", I was getting worried they weren't being made because I was expecting 6days to change to the 3 week wait before shipping. But once it's here? They are great
I ordered my safety glasses from the stoggles website. I am forced to wear these at work for "my safety" from covid. I have to admit, I was nervous about having to send in my glasses that I purchased from one company, to another company. BUT it was such an easy process. All shipping was paid for two the facility and then back to me. The turn around time to have my safety goggles back to me was outstanding. My prescription seems perfect, and I could not be happier!

I'm a little disappointed about the darkness of the transitions. Hoping they get better with time, but not pleased that they let in so much light when sunglasses are needed here in Texas.

Sent in my glasses to have new lenses. It took a longer time then I expected to receive my glasses back, approximately three weeks to a month. The nose piece was mangled when returned and the lenses were wrong. I needed to resend my pictures and Rx and return the glasses. On the second try I can now say that they are correct and I'm enjoying my glasses. It definitely left a bad taste and now not sure if I would do it again.

First let me start off, I like how easy it is to put your prescription lens order. Their customer service is also great and willing to help you out. I got my lenses but not really satisfied with the finish product they tried their best to help me out but still didn't get what I really wanted. So I would say I wasn't satisfied with the total process.
I found the whole process easy, the hardest part was living with out my glasses for a couple weeks due to a manufacture defect requiring the lenses be recut. Ill use these guys again as they are a fair price.
I finalized my order for replacement frames on 6/15/21. I chose to have the box mailed to me which took a week just to get to the post office. I finally got my glasses back yesterday on 7/28/21. Granted, I know it took a little longer because the glasses did not pass the final quality check. When they did come back, I was disappointed to see the bottom of the frames of the Bose Glasses were broken, like they clearly snapped a small piece is now missing. Although there is a "status bar", I don't feel like they were very transparent. They could have been proactive to let me know and offer a discount to "make it right" (as we say at my job). Lesson learned from me though. At least I got my glasses back, these guys are OKAY if you want basic lens replacement but don't sink your money into their other luxury options.
Was a little concerned shipping my frames out but that concern went away immediately. Lensabi received my frames and turned them around to me as quickly as I could have imagined. When an issue with the lenses came up, they made new lenses and still got them back to me 2 days before scheduled. I will absolutely use them again!
It took over 6 weeks after receiving the frames and all the information needed to complete the order to ship, because "quality control" rejected them on 3 occasions. I did receive the lenses yesterday and the lenses did not have the rolled and polished edges per the order.
My son's perscription was crazy high and I could not find anyone willing to make his glasses. Lensable did an awesome job and the turn around time was pretty good. I messed up the order because I didn't realize they offered frames and they do! They worked with me and customer service was on it. Thank you I will be ordering again.

Ordering was simple, a good experience. Unfortunately, the web site promised more than it delivered. Slick graphics purported to show the development/shipping timetable for my glasses. However, on the day of the order it informed that the glasses would be shipped within 6 business days of receipt of the order, which it still said when I received the glasses ~ 12 business days after placing the order. The idea is great... people love the progress feedback... but implementation a bit lacking. You can fix it.
That said, unexpectedly (because I was believing what I read on the web site) I got the glasses yesterday and love them. The lenses seem to perfectly reflect my prescription. So thanks!
My review is based solely on my customer experience and not the actual glasses. I did order the BOSE frames that have audio capability as directed from the BOSE site to lensabl. My order was placed mid May and I finally received my lenses yesterday July 27, after constant requests for updates on my end. Initially, when I placed the order I did receive an update that stated my lenses did not meet their inspection criteria and would be redone. That was the last independent update I received from Lensabl in early June. From that point on, the order status continued to say 5 days on their website and never changed. The only time I received any updates was after emailing and calling to request more information. Unfortunately, at those times, I was told they did not pass inspection again and was given the excuse that the lenses I requested were very difficult to make. Which may in fact be the case, however, my selection was based on what was available for those specific lenses as listed on their website. Maybe something the company should consider changing if they are difficult to make. I genuinely appreciated the care for detail and making sure the product is perfect before delivery, my biggest issue was the lack of transparency and poor communication. I had ordered these as a gift so I was particularly motivated to receive them. Besides the initial order window, I was given three additional dates the lenses would be ready, and each time those dates passed and no communication or apology from the company without me initiating and requesting more information. I would wait a day or two after they told me they would be ready, receive no shipping update, check the status online which would continue to say 5 days, and then would reach out only to be told, I'm so sorry. Bottom line, be more up front with your customer. Update their order status on your website, or let them know what's going on without the customer needing to hassle you. Your product may be five stars, but my experience and the energy and time I had to waste to get the product weren't worth it for me.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
