I love how easy and cost-effective this service is, and the lens quality is outstanding. The only thing that prevents me from leaving 5 stars is the Oliver Peoples case my frames were sent in was not returned.
I had a hesitancy about ordering new prescription lenses from an online company and I am not satisfied with the results. My first pair that I received did not feel right as I would have to tilt my head either up or to the right in order to find the focal point on the lenses. I consulted with the online Lensabl representative and I was asked to return the glasses to have them re-done after confirming certain measurements. I received the second pair of glasses and they are somewhat worse than the first pair. I don't have to tilt my head up when reading up close but now I have to turn my head several degrees to the right in order to view things clearly. At this point I'm uncertain as to what to do about this. I honestly feel I made the wrong decision on buying my new glasses online and I wish I could get my money back.
Lensabyl was efficient, easy to use and—most importantly—the quality of the lenses for my glasses was excellent.
Pleased all around with the experience and the price.

I just got my Razer glasses back today and the lenses look great. However, I asked for my original case and Razer box back and did not get them back. I asked customer service to send them when I sent them out, but still did not get them back. Please send them back.
I had a pair of Chanel sunglasses that I never wore because they weren't prescription. Mailed them in and received them back and they're perfect! You would never know that the lenses are not the original ones! I highly recommend!
Been trying to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses and been into the store to try on several models and looks... none quite had the "it" factor. I kept seeing these on line and ordered them - with my new prescription - and they look and feel amazing! It has been cloudy since I got them so have not had a chance to try them out in the sun yet, but, the clarity of the prescription is excellent!
Finally got my sunglasses, perfect the way I ordered them. Just unfortunately took awhile to get. I was updated often and knew when they were coming. It just took longer than I expected. Probably because of all this covid stuff.
This was great! My daughter passed away one year ago and had purchased some beautiful Coach frames for me. The prescription would not work for me but I wanted to keep them in her memory... they also had small butterflies on each stem and I am a butterfly fanatic. Lensabl was the only company I could find that would replace the lens and make them into readers for me. I am so happy with the results! Thank you.

Communication was bad… they don't have a phone number only email. You feel like you pay then you are in limbo. I call Bose twice, it was out of their hands, then emailed the company( that tells you pls don't send many emails or you will be bumped to the back of the line) what? Lenses were send back twice because they were not made right ( quality control?) then how bad are they at making lenses?
I send mine to be made a month in advance to have them ready for a trip. They arrived the day before ( but not because lensable, I think USPS pull thru)
I am happy I have my glasses. But it was a disappointing experience.
My order was bungled and took moths to complete. The Rx was to be identical and I received two very different lens.
I paid for my order on July 2. My glasses didn't arrive until August 7. In the interim, of my three phone calls, Lensabl returned one. Customer service email was even more disappointing. Apparently my order was missing some information, but Jayme refused to tell me what it was. She responded with a flurry of acronyms, which she then refused to explain. She sidestepped every question and was worse than useless. Finally I emailed the sales desk. Rhinna spoke English and treated me like a human, but really, it was too little, too late.
I went with Lensabl in the first place because my prescription is -13. None of my local optometrists could make these eyeglasses. Next time, I'll work harder to find an alternative to Lensabl.

I waited over a month to get my glasses back, and I will get them this Monday. Your service and speed at which you received, made and processed my order was slower that watching paint dry in Dec! I will not be recommending Lensabl to anyone. As a matter of fact, I will steer people clear of Lensabl entirely.
I sent Lensabl a brand new, expensive pair of frames in pristine condition. They were returned to me with very noticeable damage - significant scratching. I regret trying Lensabl. If your frames matter to you, I would avoid.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
