If got the glasses after over a month wait. That's besides, I do not find the glasses very comfortable. Firstly, I noticed that objects appear smaller than with my current glasses (same prescription).
Secondly, I feel bit weird after wearing for long. I thought that it could be a process of adjustment. However, I am noticing that I feel bit disoriented after prolong wearing.
I am definitely bit concerned. Not sure if the glasses need bit adjustment, and if they do, how to get it done.
I will definitely like to get them corrected.
Portal and ordering was easy, sending frames in with self printed label was no issue, frames arriving at Lensabl didn't take long but then the wait began. My glasses took almost 45 days to be returned. There were several emails about the delay and not meeting review specifications and they changed the product I ordered. Ultimately they came but the sunglasses were completed in a very light blue tint vs the Blue Level 3 (80%) agreed to once it was determined that polarization and mirrors were not an option. I did not order tinted lenses but sunglasses. Still waiting on a reply after I emailed and sent photos of product shipped. I will let you know my final review once this gets straightened out. I was really hoping to wear my sunglasses this summer in Texas. Also, still waiting on my actual glasses also ordered 6/24/21.
Have used many lens companies over my many years and Lensabl made lenses have been the best I've ever had. For Progressives, both regular and sunglasses. Have bought frames directly and also sent in my own frames. Have had 6 sets of lenses added to frames over the past two years and have not been disappointed. MUCH better than Lenscrafters as example
Lenses darker than I expected and loose. The wait to get them was rather long too due to a problem creating them.

I ordered lenses for my Bose frames. Once they received the frames there was zero communications from them. I had to email them to find out statuses. Once I received the glasses the right lens was incorrect prescription. Sent it back in for rework. Again zero communications of status of glasses. I had to send emails to get updates. They never updated their website. I gave a two star rating for lack of communications. Other than that they did a good job after the rework,

Paid i think $20 to send them gunglasses to put prescriptions in and got an email saying they couldn't and would send them back but would charge me $25. The Add says lenses in any frames, how can they get away with that. They could as least send them back free of charge.
This is my 2nd pair from Lensable. My first experience was for lenses only, I had the frames. The quality was great, they were quick. But the frames broke in 2 places so I ordered a new pair, but with Lensable frames. For some reason, Lensable was exceptionally long this time. But I have them, they are what was ordered so I am happy.
Ordered lenses using frames I have for a backup pair. Shipping was quick and easy and the lenses were cost effective and look/work great, especially considering I have a super high prescription. The vision is slightly different in one eye than another pair I have with the same prescription but not enough to make a difference. Appreciate the blue light protection. Highly recommend!
I ordered my glasses and a weeks later I got an email saying that the lab had some technical issues with my lenses. Next thing I know the website said that my glasses were going to sent in 5 days. I kept checking on the status and the website kept saying that in 5 days they would be delivered, of the next 3 weeks! I paid extra for speedy delivery and I didn't get my glasses for 1 month and 2 days.
Waited nearly 3 and a half weeks for my order with zero updates on the tracker, only to be told my order was delivered. No tracking info was sent or obtainable at the time. Order was never found and when referred to customer service i was told to open a claim while not given any info to support my claim. Claims normally require the Name and contact info of a company representative. At the time of writing im still waiting on this info. I understand that the T&S states that Lensable has a zero loss liability policy. However due to the fact that i was not notified of a tracking number or the progress of my glasses i had no way of anticipating its delivery. Even though i was home and i chose the most expensive shipping possible i was still not presented with a signature required option. After spending over 500 dollars with the company in this single order i believe that Lensable should bear some responsibility
Nobody locally would make new lenses for my frames due to their brand. Lensabl had no problem with the frames and converted my old frames into new glasses. Thank You!

I ordered clear blue prescription lenses and paid $130. I received clear lenses which to me absolutely no good for sun protection. I'm hopeful that they will correct, but I'm still waiting on response.
I was thrilled to get my glasses back BUT they came back with the scratches I had made repaired but they are scratched in a different place now upon arrival, so I need to send them back and there should be no charge to replace them because I did not get them back without any scratches, so I sent two emails, one form your website and one from the email saying they were shipped yesterday, Monday, 8-9-2021. Please tell me how to go about sending them back and getting them fixed and no charge because it is on your company. As it turned out, I was wondering where they were and was told that they had to go through inspection again or what not with your company and now I ma frustrated to have to send back to repair again because I have no contacts and my other glasses are strached heavily and I cannot afford this, so please help me fix them. I look forward to your response.

The first pair of glasses hurt my eyes badly so I returned them to be remade. The frames broke in your factory. I sent another pair to be made with sunglass lenses. They also hurt my eyes so much I can't wear them.
You tried. I appreciate the effort. The human service was great, the lenses were just not made right. I simply cannot use your company. Lesson learned.
Terrible, received my case but it was empty, I don't understand why I would receive my case with my glasses still being processed. Customer service is unable to provide with an updated order number for process tracking.
The process is lengthy but the finished product was worth the wait. My frames were broken during the making of my lenses. They replace them with an upgrade of Bluetooth glasses. Yes Bluetooth glasses which are amazing. I've never heard of Bluetooth glasses. Thanks Lensable
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
