I sent in my frames at the beginning of July and finally received them august 19. That was after seeing that their status was "completed awaiting shipment" for well over 2 weeks before I emailed to ask what the delay was. So frustrating. The only reason they got 2 stars, was the customer contact email was generally quick to reply

It took an exceptionally long time for the lenses to be made (they had to be reworked at least 3 different times) and then when they arrived, I couldn't see a thing with them and I am in the process of sending them back to be remade. However, I have nothing but the best to say about your customer service (Ann) who sent me several emails, checking up on my order, explaining the delays and now helping me with getting new lenses. Hopefully, the new set of lenses will cause less problems.

I sent in some admittedly complicated frames to be fitted with lenses, and they did better than any doctor's office I went to in person. The packaging was immaculate and very appealing aesthetically (if that's your thing). They sent me a box to ship my glasses in, and sent them back to me good as new, without any additional charge.
That's the good; the bad is minor bit enough for me to remove a star. The tracking of my frames through the facility stalled and never updated again for well over a week. This wouldn't be a problem if it didn't tell me that it would be done in less than 6 days. It wasn't until I reached out that I was told that they were already done and would be shipped out shortly. Soon thereafter, the tracker finally changed, and a few days later I got my glasses. This is nitpicky, but I specifically ordered these for my job, so it was a little irritating to be honest. In the end, I have my frames back, they look great and see great. If they could clean up the tracking and slowdown on some of the ad emails before I've even gotten my frames back, it would've been a 5 out of 5.

With the Rx vision changes of getting older, I wasn't able to use my pretty expensive polarized Rx Sunglasses from a decade ago. With the onset of cataracts, my eye Dr said I should be using sunglasses full time or my cataracts would accelerate the deterioration of my vision. I remembered how much those original Ray-bans cost especially with Rx & polarization (which not everyone can do). I found lensabl online and was very pleased to be able to reuse my Rayban frames and get my new Rx vision. And polarized! This is important because glare is one of the main problems with cataracts.

I found this company browsing to buy my daughter new glasses. Her eyes are get bad so fast I have had to purchase glasses about every year... $$$$!
I had no idea a company was out there that simply replaced the lenses in the frames that she already loves! The picture process to find the PD was way cool.

Will use Lensabl again For SURE... and knowing my poor little girls eyes, I will probably be using Lensabl in about a year :)

I was trying desperately to find a way to get my lenses replaced in my favorite frames. Each "big name, chain store" inflated costs and tried to upsell me …even with insurance. I searched the internet and found a couple of online lens replacement options. I was a bit skeptical. In the end I decided on Lensabl. I am more than satisfied with the ENTIRE experience. The website was easy to use, the mail-in process a breeze, cost was really affordable and fair. Plus…the lenses are PERFECT. I am so pleased with my experience. 100% recommended! Thank you Lensabl!

The timeline provided when ordering is far from what you should expect. I was needing my glasses pretty fast and expected them within the timeline provided. The status of my order never changed and communication with customer service was a waste of time. I won't or refer anyone to use your service, there are too many same-day providers to choose from.
