Glasses came back great! Would have given 5 stars but I requested the original lens sent back with new ones and got a response that they would try. Original lens not sent back nor any note as to why. Overall very happy with job done

Ordering experience was "ok". There was slow communication from the onset of my order. Also, the PD number was never discussed despite having my images uploaded manually and the lenses came back pretty wonky. I ended up not using them. Regardless the site was easy to navigate but I probably wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. Unless I'm completely missing something.
This is my second pair of lenses from Lensabl. The first were for a set of cycling glasses and the most recent are lenses for standard frames. Both were progressive lenses. Absolutely perfect. Their craftsmanship has been exceptional.
I sent my glasses May 25th 2021.,. After not hearing anything for 2 months I made an inquiry. I was told my lenses were being remade.,. I was told that again a second time that they were being remade again. I truly feel as though I was lied to and someone dropped the ball with regards to taking care of my order. The lenses that came in my new glasses are totally fine it's the service and the lack of integrity that makes me say I would not refer you to anyone. I'm a former policeman and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but in this case I believe it was just bad business on your part.

I ordered some Bolle sunglasses online and then sent them to Lensabl to put my prescription lenses in. They did a great job and I'm extremely happy.
I ordered their Oakley Gascans with custom lenses. I received them, was not satisfied with how they looked, and wanted to send them back for what I thought would be a full refund on the frames and a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee on the lenses. Not a problem with me, I knew this before ordering. They then informed me that they would only be refunding the frames and would give me a 25% discount on lenses if I purchased a new set from them (giving me $0 back on the lenses I had already ordered). This policy can only be found in the "Bose Eyewear" section of their return policy, notably not the brand of glasses I purchased. They were very unwilling to work with me and even more unwilling to listen to my complaint that that was unclear on their return website. If that's their policy, it should say it more clearly somewhere. Their brand is misleadingly called "Everyday Eyewear" which is the return policy I had been looking at. There is no "Oakley Eyewear" section on their return page. Not only would customer service not work with me, they actively tried to tell me that I was in the wrong, basically calling me an idiot, and that I could've contacted customer service before ordering or looked at their FAQ (which is on a completely different website mind you). I had no reason to believe I needed to contact customer service before ordering, because I was under the impression that I understood their return policy. If this is their return policy, it should be included on the RETURN POLICY PAGE. They weren't even willing to take that feedback into account to make the return policy more understandable for other future customers. Incredibly frustrating experience with a company that clearly does not care about their customers. I will not be ordering from them again.
I bought new sunglasses and had prescription lenses put in. The experience was great. The communication was outstanding and I'm very happy with my glasses!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
