No complaints of the lenses. They're perfect. Thank you. Felt like it took a while though. I ordered another pair of glasses from a small company in NY and the arrived, were returned, exchanged, and shipped back out to arrive the same day the Lensable lenses did. So maybe it would be great if they were a little faster. Also I asked if the arms could be straightened out but I guess they didn't try to do anything about that.
My initial impression over the timeframe of this service was a maximum of 2 weeks. Unfortunately this was not the case. The whole process took nearly a month if not more to complete. Although I was satisfied with the final product, the customer service would constantly give me false dates as to when the glasses would be complete. If you need glasses now, I would suggest looking for a faster service elsewhere. If you do not mind waiting, this service might be worth it.

I felt that the times listed on the website were misleading to the production of the glasses being sent out. But I will say my glasses came perfect but the timing wasn't in my favor. I under the process but normally it takes my general ophthalmologist about a week. This took almost 4 weeks

I needed replacement lenses for my son new glasses. I only had picture of prescription no hard copy that no local eye store would accept. Found this place and got the job done and my son loved his glasses no issues. Second time I used them
After having the order delayed - with no communication as to any sort of status, until well after the order was delayed due to an issue with the lenses - I finally received my Bose frames with prescription lenses. I had to file a BBB complaint in the middle of all this due to lack of timely communication.
The prescription is off. Got a headache not long after trying them out - they are much stronger than my regular glasses. Can't wear these for any length of time with any confidence I won't get a blazing headache by end of the day.
I am giving a two because the Bose frames work correctly. Not going to order from Lensabl ever again. Not even going to go through the return process, I'll just make these work somehow - I may just revert these back to the default Bose frames and just get some contacts (which I was hoping to avoid by ordering these).
Sent 1st pair back for a remake. Rec'd replacement yesterday. Up close is still way off. Can only read computer screen if I tilt my head way back and use bottom 10% of the lens. Distance is fine ( progressive lenses) but I work on a computer all day and this is getting ridiculous.
I'm a repeat customer for good reasons. I'll be back.
It took about a week for Lensabl to craft lense for my favorite frame and ship it back to my house. I love that they included a great quality glasses case and lense cleaner in the box.

Not very happy. It boils down to not being allowed to speak with anyone in your company. I contacted Lensabl because I wanted transitions that would stay dark while driving. That's why I ordered the XTRActive ones. Again, not being able to discuss options with someone got me a set of lenses I'm not happy with and probably won't use much

The experience with Lensabl was great. They shipped the box for my lenses, I put them in and mailed them back. They made my lenses and shipped them back. They are wonderful. I'm so glad to have an option to reuse my frames instead of getting yet another pair for the junk drawer! Will definitely use again.

Jove was very responsive - got 1-day shipment -- BUT - when I opened the box - it was just the lens. I sent my Bose Tempo frames to have the lens installed. Still do not have my bose tempo frames.

When I received my glasses, they were VERY well packed and included a very nice case, and a cleaning wipe with spray. When I put on the glasses, I immediately noticed the clarity, and it was great that the old lenses were returned, as well, so I could definitely see the difference. How did I see through the old ones with the coatings peeling off?!

I dont understand why my glasses took so long, they took over 5 weeks. I started complaining after 2 weeks and no one could answer where my glasses were and when I would get them. I should have secured an extra pair of glasses because I went without seeing for so long. Very unhappy with the service.
