Process to order contacts was as easy as anywhere else and cost was cheaper; however, the shipping takes a week or more and you are not provided with a tracking number to know when to expect them. It almost seems worth it to pay a little more elsewhere knowing they'll arrive in 2-3 days and you can track the status.

Dropped one of my gas perms down the sink. Found this company online when I was searching to find a place that could replace my contact. Entered my prescription, picked out my contacts and about a little over a week later my contact arrived. I will be doing business again with Lens.com.
