Shipping was too expensive and took too long. For that price it should have been a 2-day air

My order when from one box $54 dollars to over $170 for to boxes, I wasn't sure why, review my order and total did not make any sense, so please review your order very well before you put in your credit card card number.

My order was incorrect, with the wrong prescription. Contacted customer service, was emailed a return label and my correct order was on my doorstep in 4 days. I understand mistakes happen... but I do appreciate the timely response to make things right.

I received an opened box of contacts in the mail. I contacted the company and they sent me a new pair with a contact case right away. They were so easy to deal with. I am a returning customer because I find reasonable prices (checking for online codes) and they are a company who has their customers in mind, not just the products.

Due to blindness and the lens is so light blue, I cant find it in my eye.

Not an exact match but was upgraded from the 2 week to the monthly lens. Not sure why but hopefully no issues. Not mad. Fingers crossed.

I just received my order for two pairs of RGP lenses. What an upgrade from my previous local vendor through my eye doctor's office, Apparently, the quality of your product is substantially higher. My vision is very much improved, the comfort level is also very much improved, and the pricing is about 1/3 of what I was paying locally. Thanks so much for such superior customer service!

I ordered two sets of lenses for $39 each and upon paying discovered an additional charge bringing the cost up to $195 instead of $156. I also received a lens case that I don't need and requested to not receive.
