Communicated to me to add doctor order, which I had done. Young man that I tried to be nice to I simply could not understand. I spoke with another young man, could not understand him either. I was ready to cancel the order completely although I had already paid through PayPal. The third contact was a young lady with a very hard accent, that I managed to understand and she has able to very quickly order my contacts. This was an unnecessary complicated process.

En esta orden tuve hacer una reclamación después de casi un mes ya que mis lentes de contacto no llegaban. Luego de investigar mi reclamación me enviaron mis lentes y por fin llegaron.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
