I placed an order online and was called it appeared to be an old prescription and when calling the eye doctor for confirmation was told they havent seen me in over 2 years. I had switched eye doctors but my prescription stayed the same. Lens.com needed to verify this but was unable at the time get a hold of my new doctor but I was in desperate need of contacts so the order was put through. I was very pleased with the service that I received and the quick turnaround of getting my contacts.

Excellent experience from beginning to end just uploaded the prescription and everything went fine however, when trying to enter my information from the prescription information, not sure what values on the prescription went into which fields on the website but I think when I upload the prescription, they just know how to get the information from there

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
