I received my lenses but the wrong power was sent. The shipping label had the correct power the wrong was pulled. I feel as though expedited shipping at the companies cost was warranted but they didn't see it that way even though it was their mistake. I feel this was poor customer service since they made the error which caused me to not have my lenses timely.
My contact lens RX was misread and my contacts were held a couple weeks until I inquired about my order. Why did I have to do a chat to get somebody to look at RX and release my order?
I called and spoke with a nice professional lady. She was very informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and was patient with me. My contacts were delivered in a timely mannor and packaged well.

I was told I failed exam and needed a physical exam, contacts could not be shipped. Then I was billed and they were shipped after I ordered from optometrist. This false information will happen to the right person and your whole bot system will need a= to be overhauled.

Everything was pretty smooth but shipping was slow. DHL has little or no presence in Hawaii and they just send USPS after a few days moving around DHL network. This really slows down shipping. Lens order was easy, and product looks good. Thanks.

When calling, sometimes had a hard time communicating, however, once I was able to connect with someone that I could communicate well with, customer service was great. Contact is priced at 1/3 cost of my eye doctor and same quality! Will definitely order in the future.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
