I purchased 2 boxes of lens that were ~$36 each, which should have been $72. But Instead I was charged $125. On the receipt there was a $50 item for taxes and fees. I exchanged 10+ emails with the support team repeatedly asking for an itemized receipt that broke down what those taxes and fees were. No one ever responded with that breakdown. 4 different people replied to my email and always had an excuse as to why they couldn't show me what I was actually charged for. Lens.com invested a $50 charge then refused to justify it and the support personnel were completely incompetent. I was in desperate need of lens so I went through with the order, otherwise I would have canceled.
I have always ordered from lens.com. They have a great process and I have always gotten my products on time. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to order contacts.

This is my second order of purchasing Polycon II lenses in the last two years from Lens.com. For some odd reason the right side lens causes irritation to my eye which subsequently leads to a film on my lens and secretion in my eye, making it difficult to see clearly. This occurred with both orders. I did not have this problem buying the Polycon II lenses from a different vendor which is no longer in business. This irritation is unbearable and I'm forced to wear a 3-year-old lens which does not cause irritation to my eye. However, my vision is not sharp with that old lens. I'm not too thrilled.
I got my contacts as the service representative said I would, in a timely manner. I will say, the 6 month supply was $10 cheaper at my eye doc, but this was very convenient and easy!

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
