Didn't match prescription

Did not match prescription, gave me a stronger prescription- I think that's against the law… also different contacts than was prescribed. O h& the 25 dollar "fee" that I did agree to is absurd. When I asked customer service about it, they said I could find it on the website somewhere, but I have not found it yet.

I purchased 4 boxes of lenses. I wear a different prescription for each eye. When I opened my boxes one was packed with individual strips of lenses, and was missing a total of 15 pair. Fortunately, dealing with Lens.com was easy. I called them and in a few days I had a fresh supply.

I got a box of the same contacts my eye doctor would have sold me, for 80% less! Ordering was super easy and shipping was fast! They said it would be delivered in 5-7 business days. I ordered Wednesday night, it was shipped Thursday, and I got them on Saturday! Will order again!

Extra charges too much and hidden!

Bought contacts from lens.com for years great prices no issues. This time followed the same process great price but at check out was charged hidden fees that amounted to almost the same price as the contacts. This is wrong. Never again will I shop at lens.com and I will tell everyone. Social media include.

I made an order for 4 boxes but sent last year's RX. I sent the correct one, but it was not in time to correct the shipment. Lens.com sent me a return postage paid shipping label to return the one eye's contacts with a new RX. As soon as the replacements arrived, Lens.com initiated the application for the $75 Visa rebate and sent the rebate form e-mail. There was no red tape because of the two separate 2 box delivery.,
