I do happy that they sent me my Prescription lenses. At first I wasn't able to get them because didn't have any that would fit My eyes but they got ahold of My Eye Doctor and got the prescription I needed and then they made them specifically for Me. I didn't know they did that until I received them. I Love this company! I would highly recommend them.
The rep who helped me was very patient and kind. I just received my lenses but haven't wore these yet. The purchase process experience was fantastic.
We were looking at contacts for my daughter for Halloween, she wears corrective lenses and wanted to make sure we got something where she could see. After selecting the lenses and the power etc. website said it needed optometrist approval or they can't fill them. I recommend if you use this company, call your eye doc FIRST let them know they'll be contacted by lens.com AND ask for a "prescription" and upload it to the site while ordering to get the quickest results. If you don't then they are super friendly to call but have to follow their rules and guidelines. Overall fun selection, difficult to navigate, wonderful customer service, end result - I recommend
I am pretty blind and Ive always wanted fun colored contacts but I was nervous I wasn't able to. The price is actually pretty great for the quality and I can actually see while wearing them!

This was super fast for ordering and delivery. Putting in my order was super easy and actually took less time than it ever did for having it put in through the doctor's office! I don't know why they make it so complicated. I received exactly what I want by putting in the order myself whereas every time I've had my doctor put it in they somehow mix the colors! I get a Greenland's for my right eye and a blue lens for my left eye. GReen=R bLue=L And you guys didn't mess it up! This was so easy and the lenses are absolutely perfect. I got two pair for less than I could purchase one pair through my doctor's office. So, even though they were willing to price match I don't have to wait so long to try them out. I wear RGP and they are hard to come by and often more expensive and I'm so glad that you had my brand!
Prescription process is annoying. I would have much preferred a text rather than being forced to call into customer service. Prices are horrible. I still need to jump through hoops to try and get rebate. Honestly, waste of my time! I'll be looking for cheaper and easier company to order through.

I'm not sure how i accidentally forgot to put my prescription in one, but i wish it had been questioned since the other two had the same prescription/doctor etc. i also tried to do the rebate & wish the instructions/proof of purchase was a little clearer - i'm not sure if i sent the right things.
I ordered a pair of. Rx Halloween lenses ($65 full price). I received a email saying my order was put on hold while they contacted my eye doctor. At that time, I replied that I would like the order canceled since it was going to take to long. I was told to call cust srv. Due to my disability, I am often unable to use the phone

My prescription was verified within a business day and shipped out. The price of my brand of contacts was less than any other site I researched. I live close to where they were shipped from, so arrived in a few days. Very pleased with lens.com.
I ordered a month's supply of normal contact lenses and one special costume lens. I got the one lens, but the supply order had to be cancelled due to a mistake, I had to order (and pay for them) again, and the payment for my first order was to be refunded. So far, I haven't received the box of lenses or the refund. Wondering if I should just cancel.
The only thing that I can say is that the pricing wasn't totally transparent on the order screen and $98 in fees and taxes on a four box order was not acceptable so I reduced my order to a single box.

When I called the person I talked to was very helpful and called my optometrist and got it all taken care of. I have been buying my contacts from Walmart for the past two decades? Maybe and now have a way lower price on lens.com. Very great
Did not match prescription, gave me a stronger prescription- I think that's against the law… also different contacts than was prescribed. O h& the 25 dollar "fee" that I did agree to is absurd. When I asked customer service about it, they said I could find it on the website somewhere, but I have not found it yet.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
