Hidden Charges

I was in the process of calling you to ask why the charge on my credit card was about $16 more than what I saw on my screen during the ordering process. When I opened up my account and clicked on the order #, I then saw the charges for taxes and handling.
These charges should also show up on the screen during the ordering process. I did not see them when I placed my order.

I think overall it went good. I did have to re-read the rebate process with its three dates: 1) wait 14 days after order has been shipped. 2) Document date 3) Ship date 4) Must be received within 8 weeks of ship date 5) Unclear when rebate arrives to consumer.

But the product is quite good. Although I have concerns about the temperature range the contacts go through with -20o in winter and 90+ in the summer.
