I was nervous about this because I had just got scammed for close to a hundred dollars from a place that used Walmart's name and Logo. So I called lens.com and they told me that I would receive them between 2/28 - 3/2 and to my surprise received them before that 2/25! Thank you for your service I will definitely order from you again.

Lens. Com would exchange a box of contacts I had purchased 6 months ago. I know that they will exchange within 30 days. The problem is that the contacts I purchased 6 months ago I just opened and they were +3.00.
The box was marked +1.25. That is not my fault they put the wrong power lens in the box. Customer service said they could not do anything. I guess I just got a big hard one broke off in me. It hurts a lot.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
