I order contacts from this company very often. My last order however had two different torn lenses. I have callled several times to discuss this. Was told I would get a call back or email. Never got either. I am not happy at ALL!

Heed my warning! Do not buy from this company because you will not save money and waste your time. I placed an order for contacts and uploaded the prescription. When I received my contacts they were the wrong prescription (even thought they had my prescription on file). I called and the person I talked to said that they would send out new one right away and send me a label to send the incorrect ones back. 5 days with no contacts and return label so I called to get an update. The person that I talked to said that there was nothing in their system and that my contacts were not sent out. She assured me that she would get replacement contact sent out overnight. Next day no contacts. I called again and the person I talked to said she would send me a return label and ship them out immediately. I received a return label via email but 2 minutes later I received another email letting me know that they did not have my size in stock. Complete waste of time.
I should have done my homework before I ordered from lens.com because their online reviews are atrocious. They show you low prices based on their rebate but many people complain that they have been waiting for up to 5+ months and have received no rebate. Others said that they were totally ripped off and that the time expired and they received no rebate at all. Lots of unhappy online customer reviews and from my own experience I believe them.
If you want to buy from lens.com go ahead but you have been warned.
I ordered my contacts on lens.com because they offered a sweet $100 rebate on my contacts. I submitted the rebate info, they received it and somehow, it's been OVER 4 months now and I still DO NOT have rebate. Whenever I call them to inquire about it- they blame "covid" all the time. It's been 4 months, I doubt I will ever see my rebate. Terrible. FRAUDULENT company.

The site is easy to navigate however I don't like that you can't just automatically add you prescription info to avoid this whole jumping through hoops trying to get a hold of the eye doctor to get it. It delays me getting my prescription so I think that'd something they should add to expedite getting my order.

I have been waiting for a rebate for months now. If I ask they tell me inaccurate answers. The order was placed 11/18/2021. I order from Lens.com before and it was not this way. Their website shows this cumbersome process:

Using COVID as a sorry excuse for delays is unacceptable. Needless to say, I will never order from Lens.com again.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
