I accidentally ordered the wrong brand and they immediately let me know that I ordered the wrong brand and when I called customer service they fixed everything right over the phone. It was nice to deal with an American representative that I could understand. I will definitely order again.

Amazing customer service

I ordered contacts and my order was either delivered to another house or never made it, and after talking to customer service they were able to send me new boxes out within days! I was so thankful and happy they were able to help since it wasn't their fault and more a delivery issue.

I somehow mistakenly ordered my order twice! Only wanted one box each eye. It was my mistake but would have been nice if who ever put it together would have thought it was strange the way it showed on invoice. It's okay, just have extra.
