Was really thrown by the service fee which jacked the price up to more than I would have paid to buy locally. When I called customer service I got no satisfaction and was told to send the lenses back. Only when I pressed for more information was I told about a rebate offer. Don't like at all to be surprised by add-ons to pricing structure. Thinking I will abandon Lens.com

I ordered contacts In mid October. I was to get a substantial rebate. It is mid March and I have yet to receive it. I have been calling them since December, which is eight weeks after the purchase and they just keep saying it will be here in two weeks. On their site it says they are six weeks behind, but this is way too long. At this point, I wonder if it will ever arrive. If you are depending on the rebate to defray the cost of the contacts, you may want to reconsider. In the past, I liked buying from this company. In the future, I will look at pricing without rebates. The status, as shown in photo, has not changed in months.

I'vr been using lens.com for a while and it's a seamless process. The lenses were a bit pricey sense the last time I've purchased, but still considerably cheaper then the competition.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
