Lens ordering process was easy and the delivery time was quick
I bought the lenses in May and is almost October and I still waiting the card with the rebate. It is still processing. Ridicolous!
I accidentally ordered 2 boxes of each eye and was charged for it and I called Lens.com to notify them of the problem they authorized the return of my $ but once they got my lenses back to their warehouse they tried to rip me off with my own money and sent me an email saying they weren't refunding my money for the lenses I shipped them back completely unopened because I wrote a little "L' and "R" on the boxed to indicate which box prescription was for the left eye and which was for the right eye. Their email said they want now an additional $15 from me to reship me the lenses that I already paid for and sent back to them to get my money back or the only other option they gave me was for them to destroy lenses at my own expense. Not a good company to work with Would highly NOT recommend.
The process of getting lenses from lynn's.com is quick and easy. However, my concern was the mail-in rebate that I never received. You're going to get what you pay for and that's about it.
REBATE SCAM. TWICE I sent in my rebate form and box cut-outs within the 90 day period and never received my rebate. The live agent told me there was nothing she or her supervisor could do. It did everything correctly and they would not honor my rebate.
I sent in my rebate form over 4 months ago and still have not received it. False advertising!
Easy to order contacts and receive. However when purchasing it was showing the price AFTER the rebate. When you pay though you pay though price goes back to full price. Site says they will send information about rebate after shipped, but I still have not received the rebate to help pay for the cost. No information/directions on site to receive rebate available when purchased in Aug. '22.
Rebates are a joke. Send your paperwork and they lose it or say they didn't get it, or send it and suddenly they received it after it expired, and if you do get the rebate in, they don't send the rebate for a year if it even gets to you. TERRIBLE ~ don't add the rebate in to your cost because you'll never get your rebate!
I love the ease of being able to order online, download my prescription if necessary and be done. I never have an issue with delivery or wrong order. Great Service!

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
