In May of 2021, I ordered contacts from this website. The fees were 16% of the order total.

In October of 2022, I ordered more contacts from here. The fees are now 78% of the order total with absolutely no explanation of what happened to make the fees increase by 400%. This entire company is building a web of lies and misinformation. They don't even know what the fees are for or have any version of a breakdown on what they go to.

$#*! Lens.com - I'll never use this company again for anything. They are taking advantage of customers with incredibly misleading business practices and fake additional fees that aren't explained in the least.

Taxes and fees are pricey. Webpage is manageable. Also, the rebate is a good attractive for the customers, but it takes several weeks to get the rebate. I can say is a good experience but always, there is room for improvement.
