51/2 months since Lens.com received my rebate request. My rebate card has been "loaded" for while, but not mailed. It says "global raw material supply" problem, so how could they load my card if they didn't have it? Financial trouble? Scam? Other? You decide which.
I ordered twice from Lens.com. My 1st order went as expected. I received my order timely, submitted my rebate within a week or so. Received my rebate card about 2-3 months later. My 2nd order did not go as smoothly. While I still received my order timely and submitted my rebate within a week or so, my rebate was never "received". I kept checking the status online and it was still pending. I called customer service and they said the rebate center was behind on getting through all the rebate submissions. So I continued to wait patiently. Well, my rebate submission expired and they said there is nothing they can do. How am I supposed to re-submit my rebate when they make you cut off the special bar codes off the contact lenses I ordered? I can't get those back. I am convinced, they process your initial rebate only and ignore any other rebate after that. Please only order from them once and don't get sucked into this scam. Good luck!

After I sent the prescription for Air Optix to lens.com, customer service informed me that production of Air Optix contact lens discontinued and lens.com does not have them anymore. So we went back to the doctor to give a new prescription with an alternate brand. So after we sent the new "Acuvue Vita" new prescription to lens.com, I called customer service and they said that they do have the "Air Optix" brand, so we ordered the "Air Optix" brand. Briefly, we wasted our time for going back to the doctor to get new prescription due to misinformation from customer service.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
