I knew my script, knew my HSA info & what I could afford, entered the info... my specific script is more fine tuned so delivery took a moment longer than originally anticipated but that's to be expected. A week after they sent an email saying my stuff was shipped, I received a box full of several boxes on contacts and now I can see without my glasses for almost another year for a great price🤘🏽
This was the most affordable contacts I could find. Uploading my prescription was simple. Delivery was quick. I'm happy with my purchase!
When I called to complain that my order for 3 pairs of RPG's was blue instead of clear. The representative tried to combine that they just looked blue and that I'd get used to them. I insisted that the rep escalate my complaint and I was passed to a manager who quickly fixed the problem and sent the right lenses
Everything was great but why is the shipping so long. Takes weeks instead of 7 days. Way too long especially in hot regions like Las Vegas.
Your rebate process is horrible. I think it is designed to discourage people from claiming their rebate. Wouldn't it be simpler to just reduce the price of the lens purchase by the rebate amount?
The order was made on Feb 4th, not in March 22nd. After February 22, it was a nightmare trying to get the order delivered, and all a got was Lens.com blaming FedEx and FedEx blaming Lens.com.

It took longer than expected to receive contacts. I also was not aware that I would be receiving a Visa in the mail like 3-4 months later versus a refund directly to the Visa card I used to purchase my contact lens which was disappointing.
Ok experience took a little while for them to come in I didn't know yall didn't stock them.
Checked status and thats when I was told they were not stocked and would ship to me A
ASAP when they arrived. Once yall got them they shipped pretty fast.

My contacts were in stock and available. The quality were good and the process to order them was easy. I did find the price to be more expensive than other companies.
It took more than two weeks to receive my lenses, as they got stuck at a Fed Ex facility. Finally received my order but had to place second order which arrived before the first order
The ordering process for our contacts always goes smoothly. I'm just not sure why the silliness with rebates. Just price them fairly and save us all the time and extra cost for mailing box tops with scan codes on them. And then for heaven's sake... why the 2 - 3 month wait time for the rebate to arrive? Unnecessary in my opinion and annoying. But you'd be a fool not to get $220 back. Silly process... and pricing but the product is always good.
Easy to order and love the price! Rebate is the best around. Only drawback is the process for the rebate - you have to unbox all of the contacts and cut up the boxes to return them for the rebate. I can think of worse things, but it would be nice to be able to keep the contacts all nice and cozy in their boxes.
The order was simple and they estimated delivery in a week. A few days after the order, they said they didn't have mine in stock. In all it took almost a month to get my order that I was expecting in a few days.
You pay the same amount as other contact lens providers and then jump through a lot of hoops to get the rebate! Then you have to pay out money to send the rebate form and it takes a very long time to get the rebate! Almost two months and I still don't have the rebate.
Lens.com is a good service and has the best deals when you include the rebates. They have an easy order process and communicate well during the shipping. However, you have to be patient with RebateCard as it can take months after ordering to get the gift card in the mail.
Practically ALL on-line contact lens companies advertise a cheap up front price & then when you place an order they have a TON of hidden fees. It's SO annoying! Just tell me the price. At least this company is somewhat close to the real price & they didn't hold my order hostage for additional fees. On-line contact lens places are worse than used car lots if that's possible.
Easy order interface, easy reorder process. They do all the work on doctor confirmations. I like that they have options for standard and faster delivery. I get rebates which make the price even better!
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
