Got my lens in a timely manner website was accurate on lens and price was good only downfall I could only get one of my lens for one eye and had to get lens for other eye on different website
Five minutes after placing my order I realized I had ordered one box of lenses rather than two. I chatted with Customer Service and was told I could not modify my order; instead, I could place a separate order, and pay a second shipping fee. (Two stars, because I did get half of what I intended to order, at a good price.)
I've been using Polycon II for over thirty years. These are thicker and less flexible than the originals (which I have kept for reference). Also it would be nice if Lens.com provided tracking numbers on their shipments.

Needed replacement contact lenses. Ordered online and submitted along with a copy of my vision prescription information and received them via mail right away.
My prescription had one certain type of contact brand and I didn't like that and they were quick to get to my doctor and change it to the right one so I could get the ones I like
I responded to a reminder email to reorder my lenses. As I read the email the website triggered an order without me initiating any. Realizing what happened I called customer support and the agent agreed to cancel the order. However, that did not happen. A second order was created duplicating the first order. Thinking that order 1 was resolved, the agent then created a third order to correct the. So I wound up with 3 orders. Bank charges were immediate. The follow up to resolve was not good. Very difficult to speak to someone who could fix these issues.

The price per lens was the same as other lens providers, however I placed the order then realized there was a hefty handling charge! I should have cancelled but needed the lenses quickly. Probably my last order with lens.com
It was very simple to go on line and order the contacts. The form for the prescription is easy to complete. I was also impressed with the quick delivery.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
