Ordered contact lenses and had a smooth experience. Customer support was clear and helpful when I needed to update my prescription. Everything was processed quickly after that. Would order again.
The package I received was damaged with a 9 inch gash in the side of the package and one (or more?) of the contact lens boxes was dented/crumpled on one side. Hopefully there is no damage to the contact lenses themselves.
In addition, I find the rebate process ridiculously complicated and very much a hassle. I should not be required to cut out the UPC code on each and every box and mail it in to the rebate center in order to receive my rebate. You know that I've purchased the item since you have a confirmation of the order and proof of payment via my credit card. I should not have to mail in anything. This should be able to be done online in a few minutes.
My precription for my contacts was due for a refill so I went online to refill it and the process was easy and seemless. Great follow up and customer service!
Though I initially got an email stating my lenses needed to be restocked, I received them in less than two weeks. Would order from Lens.com again.
Very prompt delivery. Easy to order and fill in Rx info. Wish there was a filter for BC & DIA…then sort based on price. So many to choose from. Will definitely reorder from here when needed!
Ordering online was complicated and frustrating but as soon as I got on the phone, things got much easier. The phone rep was friendly and deficient and very helpful. Also openly told me about applicable rebates for the type of contacts that i was ordering. Pricing is very fair. We'll definitely purchase from them again next year.
Ordering contacts with lens.com was extremely easy and efficient. It was a one click to load my contact prescription onto the order form. The prices were competitive. The only thing I would suggest would be to explain how many contacts come to a box other than that it's very easy and this is probably my fifth year to be ordering from lens.com.
Talking to your cust svc, obviously not US employees, was difficult. I expected to be able to upload my prescription as I created my order. NOT place the order then go BACK into the order and add the Rx. Whether by phone or via chat, they had NO IDEA how to answer where to upload the Rx - I finally saw the link appear AFTER I placed my order. Also order going on hold, and me being told to call them just to be told it's going on hold, but not WHY, was aggravating. You need to communicate that better. Didn't take as long to receive my order this time, as compared to last year, so that was good. Now the long wait for the rebate.
While the product itself is great the process to order it is annoying. I don't want to have a doctor confirm my prescription I just wanna buy it. Also I don't like how the fees are the same price as the contacts. I'm essentially paying double the cost of the contacts themselves. But overall I got what I ordered so no complaints there.

I ordered a box of 90-day Bio True One Day lenses. Through a quick online search, this same box runs anywhere between their price of $22.79 up to $80.73. I kept on waiting to see what the catch was w/ Lens.com that they could be so cheap, that I didn't have to send in a rebate, order a min # of boxes, or even get questioned abt my out-of-country eye prescription. But 10 days later, the lenses arrived in perfect condition. Even w/ $9.95 shipping fees the total is much cheaper than other places that boast 'free shipping.' They said they had to order from the manufacturer so I got the freshest lenses (don't expire for 4yrs) but maybe if they had yours in stock, it would be an even quicker delivery. Not as flashy a website but totally solid! Would not hesitate to order again.

When I was trying to reorder from my phone the site kept failing to select the previous prescription. I had to use a computer to reorder.

I paid for the contacts the shipping and $36 extra in fees that could not be explained. Customer service was nice but not helpful in explaining.
My lenses are not a common one-the people at lens.com were very helpful and found the right ones for me. The price was good and they came super quickly.
The title says it all; those commercials (for the Other lens co) make me want to jump out a window; doubtless, Lens.com advertises plenty, but I've never really seen them. Which is GOOD!
I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Lens.com. I received excellent customer service when I had an issue getting my prescription uploaded. They checked to make sure that I received my order, and I got my contacts wayyy before the expected date. Would definitely recommend.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
