Never have an issue with Lens.com and pricing is aligned with industry. The Rebate cards are an added bonus but a little bit of a pain to apply for them and then continual follow up until they arrive. Would prefer a direct reimbursement or auto-applied discount would be better.

My contacts were not in stock/readily available- li d of wish I knew that before ordering/paying. However communication was good. I'd suggest expedited shipping n when that occurs.
Fast delivery. The cost went up from$13.99 to 24.99 per box. I wasn't to happy about that but still cheaper than other companies. I will order again from Lens.com
Ordering contacts off lens.com is super easy once you have your prescription filled by your Eye Doctor. The website is easy to navigate and I received my contacts in about two weeks so definitely plan ahead so that you're not without contacts for very long.
Ordered February 6th, received Feb 21st. The lenses themselves are fine. Also I got a free lens case last time when I ordered 1 box. This time I ordered 2 and didn't get any cases. Just odd that each delivery is different.
Lens.com always seems to have the lowest prices around. Reordering contacts is easy as a click. The shipping process and delivery was quick and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

It took over 3 weeks to receive the order. In years past, it took about 7-10 days. Additionally, no communication regarding the order was received until a week prior to anticipated delivery. This delivery timeline information was inaccurate. The plus side was delivery of the order occurred several days prior to claimed delivery date.
The purchasing process was very easy. I also received the best deal by far. Essentially 4 boxes of contacts for the price of 3 from the other major contact sites (after rebate). However, the contacts took quite some time to come in. Upon purchase the site explained that it would take approximately 5 business days to arrive. Instead, they took 12 business days to arrive. Other than that, everything went smoothly
It took 3 weeks to receive my contacts and I still had to pay shipping…. That's not right at all. I ran out of contacts before my eye exam.
I call and glad I could pay extra for faster delivery total 18$ and took About a week.

Annoying emails following up w reviews almost demanded is bad idea... if a person does not email you w a problem, let it be. They are ok. Stupid $#*! like this is annoying.
I am beginning my contacts from lens.com for years all I do is hit the reorder button and a week later my contacts are in my mailbox thank you for great service.
Generally my experience was very good with on slight exception based on the tracking app, once the package arrived at Fedex in Cincinnati it stayed there for almost a week before being sent on.
Lenses delivered as ordered, prescription was "too old" so I had to do the online process which cost additional money and was a waste of time, other than that was happy with the product and cost.
I was running out of contacts, and dreaded going to the opticians office. As they like many Dr office have turned more into used car salesmen. I found lens.com. The process was so easy, and far cheaper than going to the Dr office. My prescription hasn't changed in years. So there was no need to take off work and spend 2-3 hours at the opticians office just to get more of the same contacts I have been using. I filled out my prescription online. And received my contacts in a few days. It's as easy as that. Highly recommend.
Ordered contact lenses and had a smooth experience. Customer support was clear and helpful when I needed to update my prescription. Everything was processed quickly after that. Would order again.
The package I received was damaged with a 9 inch gash in the side of the package and one (or more?) of the contact lens boxes was dented/crumpled on one side. Hopefully there is no damage to the contact lenses themselves.
In addition, I find the rebate process ridiculously complicated and very much a hassle. I should not be required to cut out the UPC code on each and every box and mail it in to the rebate center in order to receive my rebate. You know that I've purchased the item since you have a confirmation of the order and proof of payment via my credit card. I should not have to mail in anything. This should be able to be done online in a few minutes.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
