I ordered two left lenses with the correct prescription, but received two right lenses. Customer service corrected and awaiting the correct order.
I placed an order weeks ago. When it arrived it was missing a box of contacts. After a lot of hassle and time I finally received the missing box.
Ordering is easy and convenient but there is never a coupon for any % off or even free shipping. Inflation is crazy and lenses are not a necessity when glasses last for much longer. A little discount every so often would be appreciated by many.
