It was very simple to go on line and order the contacts. The form for the prescription is easy to complete. I was also impressed with the quick delivery.
It's getting harder to find Rigid Gas Permeable (hard) contact lenses at online sites but Lens.com still has the full line of Boston RGPs available. A little pricey if just buying one set but on par with the few other companies offering them. They came quickly and as ordered.

After waiting over 1 month to receive my contact lens order and contacting the company multiple times, I finally receive a notice stating that my order was being canceled and placed again in order to be fulfilled in a timely manner. In the end, it took about 6 weeks to receive my MUCH needed contact lenses.

I had trouble opening the actual contact bottles once they arrived but with some pilers, the metal outside came off and i was able to take the silicon lid off underneath. They were perfectly colored and in my script and everything I was seeking!

Product quality, ordering and shipping were great, but I ordered two hellraiser contacts and received one hellraiser and one with a much thicker red outline.
Bought 2 boxes of contacts, the price shown was $68.74, which would be a subtotal of $137.48 before taxes. However, my subtotal on the order before taxes was $171.46, a difference of $33.98 with no explanation as to why.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
