Initially after purchasing I sent an email to LED Factory to cancel my order due to seeing bad reviews online. I was contacted by a representative who persuaded me to reconsider canceling my order. I was reassured that the item would be to my satisfaction and if I was not pleased, I would be able to return them. I took a chance and ordered and so far I am pleased with what I ordered.
I have sent emails and left messages to get a return order for the lights still have not been contacted

Great customer service, although the replacement was set from China, and took way longer than if it was shipped from the USA.
Easy to purchase. Arrived in a short amount of time and was well packaged. If I had anything to complain about it would be that no instructions came in the box. But I found how to adjust the led's on line. I have yet to do it and am sure they will be just fine.

The product looks good, but without instructions it's hard to install. Nobody will answer my email or phone call to help get instructions. Frustrating, when there is a specific wiring harness that has to be used and I can't install without instructions.
Didn't give me a chance to put in the 20% off code I had. Asked for payment right away. No place for code. I wouldn't have bought them without the 20% off!
Update; They refunded me the 20%. Be careful ordering on your phone because a quick pay pops up right away before you get a chance to put in your discount code.
The turn signal/drl combo looks great and functions as advertised. Nice upgrade!

On the ups web site it say Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet. So I'm just a little confused on how I was supposed to get the package 3 days ago but ups haven't got the package yet

Tried to get led light that had moisture getting inside turning black eventually the light would have failed looked bad they made me purchase new light that should have been replaced under warranty and shipping was very slow

Package arrived with no damage quality is Good the only thing is you have to pay for the service which is an additional charge and I wasn't aware of it. But after I installed the front grill oh man I love my taco!

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
Answer: Scam! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They STILL haven't replaced a defective headlight even though I'm under a 1 year warranty.
