I have spoken to 2 customer service reps, talked on many company site chats with agents, been on hold for hours and filled out the MORE shipping instructions and my package is still not delivered!

I own a business but I ordered my older girls stuff from Hollister laser ship lost my package no answer as to how or why and kept saying it is going to be delivered and never was absolutely never use laser ship pay extra for 2 day shipping customer service was absolutely useless gave me the run a around for days

Hoping to receive a package from this company is futile. OnTrac/LaserShip is so earth-shatteringly terrible, it is genuinely shocking. I didn't know it was possible for a company to be so overwhelmingly incompetant at their only purpose, but here is LaserShip. In the several times I've had the displeasure of having an online order shipped by this company, never once have I received the package without issues. Whether it is lost, late, never arrives, or the tracking is just completely inaccurate, it is never ever a positive experience with this company. It is truly confounding that companies continue to work with LaserShip, and that they are even still in business despite their profound incompetence and the plethora of evidence and reviews online that detail just how bad their service truly is. Do anything in your power to avoid this company EVER handling a product you paid your hard-earned money on!

I never had a bad delivery experience until now, totally a loose end. Super unprofessional and no way what's so ever to get in contact with you guys. I didn't even know old navy chose you guys as a delivery partner.
Worst experience, waited for my Order for almost 2 weeks just to see it got sent back with no initiative to knock or give a call.

Every single time without fail if a company ships with them they "attempt" delivery and never deliver on time. I don't understand how they are still in business. How is it possible to literally have ship in your name and be this bad.

I made an order from a website and some how the company chose them as the delivery service so I'm tracking it on my phone it's says out for delivery from in the a.m. then at 2:44 pm to be exact it says "delivered,was left at front door" only for me to get home and there was no package I searched everywhere I even checked the cameras no delivery person came there that day,called them immediately I was given a case number says they'll launch an investigation fast forward 3 days later all I get is I'm sorry contact the company that u buy from as if that makes it all peaches and cream they are just a bunch of theives cause I know damn well they stole my package,as long as I'm buying anything again and I see their name as carrier I'm not buying it. People be WARNED!

Leaving packages on the sidewalk instead of our front door, or out in the rain instead of under the covered landing, or delivering to the wrong house, or delivering days late... For every normal delivery we get two or three bad ones. It's not the drivers' fault either. The company incentivizes this - giving employees little training, impossible numbers to meet, poor pay, and treating them as expendable. Bad systems deliver bad results. Tell the companies you do business with not to use them. Pay a little more for a lot better.

Two days in a row they said "there was a problem delivering package". I was home both days and these guys never showed up. They need to be shut down for running such a sham trash service. Unbelievable that Amazon uses them.

This is indeed the worst service ever. It happened second time. I do not know why Warby Parker uses this service. Although I specifically leaved delivery instructions, they could not care less. They left the package with my reading glasses at the front door that is locked. And they did not send any update. Truly disregarding people's money!

Our company Isagenix has been using laser shipping for the delivery of my products. I normally would not write a review but after the horrendous service or lack of service from laser delivery, I just have to! I have ordered my products from my supplier and they were never delivered. Laser shipping sent a picture of my products on the front door but it was not my front door items lost.
Secondly, I called my company and they resent my products I watched the delivery individual drop the package on the ground, and powder and liquid were coming from the box, said individual threw and I mean to throw my package back into his beat-up white van and he sped off. Three days later my package that was ordered a second time was delivered and the pics attach show their condition, no need to continue just see the pics.
Laser shopping gets an F for failure all the way around!

I have had nothing, but problems with them. I'm not sure why Blue Apron and Marley Spoon continue to use them. They have lost our meals multiple times. They state they attempt delivery when I know they have not. It is completely ridiculous. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me. They can't even do the only job they have, deliver packages. I wish I could see who was going to deliver my package before I pick a delivery date, because they really need to be avoided at all costs.

Their service is terrible. Even if you're not home, they don't leave your packages in front of the door. Then they post saying they made an attempt delivery, and take your package back. Also it's not the first time it's happened, do better ‍…!

Worst delivery service ever. Left my glasses outdoors in the pouring rain twice. I wrote to please open the door and leave it in the vestibule. 2 storms, 2 pair of Warby Parker glasses left in a small cardboard box in 2 different east coast storms. Horrible!

Missing/stolen

This was my first time purchasing from fashion Nova and will be my last with this shipping company half of my purchase went missing and NO ONE to be held accountable which is very disappointing and despicable. You can actually see where this listing for the missing clothing was removed from the top. As you can see that 12lbs left OnTrac/ Laser shipping and i received 13lbs so nothing was stolen when the package was delivered. SO THIS IS A WARNING.
