Whenever LaserShip is delivering my Amazon package, I just know it will be late. One time I had to wait 3 months! A thing that makes me upset is that they claim to have attempted to give you your package, but at the time that they said they tried to give me my package, I was at home and never heard a doorbell ring! They lie and most likely steal, then causing the seller to give you an unnecessary refund! Go with UPS!

Companies should STOP using this company. They lack integrity and customer service. They claimed to have delivered a package at my front door that I never received. I have a RING doorbell that tracks movement at my door. The package was never delivered. I disputed their claim as having done so and instead of them investigating my supposed delivery they informed me to reach out to the seller. How ridiculous is that? They should be investigating the delivery person. I lost an anniversary gift because of the them. THEY SUCK! Its obvious that I'm not the only that feels this way!

They are the worst.! Every single package that I order and is shipped by them is never ever on time… always get the excuse of need more address information, which is total bull****. They either have the laziest drivers that do not want to do their jobs or the company itself just sucks.! Either way I wish I had a choice on who delivers, I would chose anyone except for laser ship… worst company I have ever dealt with. And costumer service is never any help!

I have a $400 package and keep an eye on the tracking daily to make sure my package is delivered safely and on time. On the 06/09/23, it's in transit while it's supposed to be delivered. I spent the whole day to contact the rep, one of them said it would not be delivered in the next 2 days. I kept patiently wait until today 06/14/23, the status magically appeared as delivered at front door on 06/09/23 while in fact, I haven't received my package at all. This is totally a scam. Not reliable at all. So disappointed

I had absolutely no issues with delivery at all. It came 1 day before it was supposed to, and and package was placed carefully on my front porch. I had no problems with lasership, even though I was terrified about what was going to happen to my package.

When they call Lasership a delivery service they are definitely stretching the meaning of delivery and service. I've only had orders delivered by them a handful of times but they have never actually managed to get any of my packages to me. I live in an apartment in a city so I give specific instructions about our security door code, directions to my specific apartments, and where to place the package. They have left them outside the main front door (that one was stolen), in the unsecured foyer (that one was stolen), outside the front door again (I actually found it hours later), and last (but not least) at a house (not an apartment) on a road that's parallel to my actual address so the address wouldn't have even been on the right road...they were kind enough to leave a photo but unfortunately I didn't recognize the house until weeks later. They suck. They are circling the drain at this point basically stealing packages and chucking them wherever they feel like leaving them. Totally fed up with everything about them. I now make sure to request ANY carrier but them for deliveries.

They do not correct their errors in a timely manner, and then want to offer a person $5. This is a horrible company, people working from home sounding like tgey are just waking up!

This company is fraudulent. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPPER USING THEM. They steal packages. They do not deliver packages. They change tracking information to keep you hanging. There is NO way to reach them to speak to someone. REI uses them. I'll never shop there again now.

I've been in contact with this sleazy company for the past 3 days.
I've been tracking my package. Well yesterday it stated that it was out for delivery in a city about 50 miles from me. Next thing you know it said a delivery attempt was made? Not at my home it wasn't.
They then said they would "attempt" delivery in 24-48 hrs. Then in less then 12 hrs they sent it back to the seller.
I spoke to an associate, she said it was still in their facility and that a new lable would be made and it would be sent to me.
Now... It says that they no longer have it, that it was sent back
The thing is, I have a case number and they are just ignoring this fact.
I will be reporting them to the BBB with all the screenshots I have from us corresponding.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

My delivery was supposed to be delivered on 06/05/2023 it left the facility at 10am on the 5th. And the funny thing is it wasn't far from the facility and it was not delivered my status didn't update saying when it would be delivered. They're terrible I would never want them handling any of my future deliveries of my packages if they did I'd tell them I'll pick it up cause I'll show up when I say. Ups and Fed ex are by far my favorite. They actually do there job unlike some places.

Never receive packages in the time frame paid for. Paid for overnight shipping several times to then find out that Lasership is the vendor and immediately get frustrated.

They never come overnight, and come 3-4 days later

They need to reform their delivery practices. On multiple occasions this company leaves my packages on a NYC sidewalks and take a photo as proof of delivery. Unfortunately,
This isnt proof of delivery, this is proof of mishandling and no regard for customers purchases. My packages were taken each time by any random person who walks past my building.

FedEx (NOT HOME) Redeliver next business day.
USPS (NOT HOME) Pick up at your local post office
Amazon (NOT HOME) Ringing every bell to get in and will leave a note - package with the neighbor.
LASERSHIP (NOT HOME) OH WELL! DELIVERED

The worse next to Speedx...I can't stand them. My daughter, s package should have been here Unreliable

Every time my package is set to be delivered by LeaserShip it never makes it to me. The Customer Service Representative Kathy wasn't even remotely remorseful for the handling of the delivery, and I could hear her laughing when I asked what instructions the drivers have from the company, her answer was "NONE".

You should not expect good service from a company that doesn't have instructions for their employees (drivers) and doesn't care about the service provided at all.

Hope all the Vendors will make the right decision and choose other reliable delivery companies on the market.

There should be a negative star available for their services.

They delivered my package to the completely wrong address - like wrong house number, street and zip code - and from the picture they posted it looked like my package was in a liquor store (called a bunch none of them had it). I called lasership directly to get the address of where it was delivered to first woman hung up on me... I called back and spoke to someone who was not only competent but helpful and provided me with the address of where my package was delivered - an car shop. Lasership delivered my package from Urban Outfitters to a mechanic shop that only works on foreign cars. And I had to go and pick up instead of Lasership rectifying the situation and bringing my package to the correct address. I don't understand why companies use this trash deliver service I would rather wait a few more days to get my stuff from USPS, UPS, or Fedex or pay a bit more in delivery for DHL. THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER TO EXIST!

I don't know how any large corporation can use this company to ship their packages. They are the worst. Victoria's Secret uses them to deliver packages and every time my packages have either not arrived, been delivered to someone miles away or been delivered to my barn ( which means they had to pull into my back driveway) threw the package and left. The only way I knew it arrived was because my cameras alerted me to someone in my back yard. What's worse is they have on their tracking it was delivered to my front door. Biggest F- ing liars. I'd post the video if I could figure out how to download it. So I took a screenshot.

Every single time they fudge the delivery date. It arrives they list it's out for delivery. It never moves from their location 3 to 4 days later. Why is Amazon using LaserShip? We are prime members I live in Staten Island. There's huge warehouse. Why are you using LaserShip? They don't deliver. They destroy the boxes and better yet they come to your doorstep take pictures of the product and then it disappears. Unfortunately, I refuse for a package to be delivered from LaserShip from Amazon. I now call Amazon up and tell them if you are shipping my product through LaserShip. I need to know now because I will not place my order they all lying sneaky private company. It's an embarrassment to Amazon, and they are abusing their Consumers

This is the worst shipping company I've ever experienced. Why big companies like Fashionova are dealing with this criminals. My package is marked delivered in the tracking number but I never received it. And after contacting them to resolve the issues, the customer service dude hung up on me on the phone.

There workers are unreliable. You are at home and they will say attempted and no one is at home. I sent my package to the job and my job is open until 10pm. It's been two nights now the messages kept saying the business is closed.

Rinse and repeat. Lies about additional information being needed for delivery. No movement for weeks. Then they say they don't know where the package even is and to contact the seller, Straight up theft. Perhaps we should create a database with the contents of undelivered packages and monitor secondary selling sites.
