Ever since Fashion Nova started to use this delivery company my packages never arrives to my house. They will notified me saying the package been delivered and my sister waited until they left because they delivered 9pm at night and she wasn't sure if someone was playing at her door. She waited until the delivery person left off the porch to find no package on the porch. They took the picture as if they left it and they took the package with them.

I've had packages by them "delivered " and I never received. They need to take accountability or try to assist customers for missing packages in the care of their employees. They must be a cheap company that companies continue to use them. They need to do better.

Item came a few days early. I was told by email that it was delivered in person. They always leave my package by the mailbox instead of bringing it upstairs. I live in a 16 story bldg. I call the customer service all that they say it's not my fault reach out to the store where the items where purchased. I don't know who they have working as their delivery person. They need to be fired. The worst worst delivery company..

This ppl mark my package as delivered and I never received it. I open a case for them to investigate and they haven't done $#*!. You guys are the worst

Literally every single time I've had a package delivered by them (usually shipped from old navy), they leave it at the wrong address! My address number is very clear and visible and they'll leave it down the street, around the corner, etc. Absolutely ridiculous. As soon as I see a package has been "delivered" in my email, I have literally run around my whole neighborhood searching for it. Unreal.

Lasership needs better drivers that look at our actual addresses instead of making up there own my address is n32nd street these people have made up north south 32nd just to make it look like we are wrong when our packages are brought to the wrong house when in reality they just PLAN LAZY... I bought a very expensive gift to my friend and it was sent to the wrong house and because of that I had to wait longer and buy the gift again then my daughters pj's was delivered to the same wrong house sitting outside waiting for some one to take then and I wasn't notified that is was delivered untill 6pm when it was delivered at 10am lasership needs to do better YOUR SERVICE SUCKS

They lost my package and contacted their customer service. Their website said that they delivered my package at 6:49 Am but a minute after at 6:50 it says it was delayed.

It takes way too long for the packages to come and it's ALWAYS stuck in the airport for days. I don't know how does it takes so long for every package to be delivered but bad experience, almost.every.single.time.

The address numbers on our homes in my community are required to be large 6 inch numbers for emergency services like police and fire. I received a text in the afternoon that my package was delivered, which was nice. When I arrived home several hours later I found my order was not delivered to my porch as notified. Luckily a photo was taken of where my package was actually delivered. I had to hunt around in the dark going door to door trying to match the picture where the package was left. Lucky for Laser Ship, the package was still on that porch. There is a big difference in the numbers 46 and 36 where it was left. Appears to me the delivery person did not care where they left it, which is totally unacceptable. I called Laser Ship to tell them my dissatisfaction and I was told I was being hostile. I was upset and it showed in my voice as anyone would be but I can assure I was not hostile. I have worked in customer service for years and know you never talk to a customer in that manner. This just added salt to the wound. I would never use this company for any of my shipping needs. They get no stars!

My package was stated to be on the truck and out for delivery since the 19th of this month and it is now almost the end of the 21st. No delivery was attempted, and no updates were made to keep me informed. As of right now on the 21st the tracking number still says out for delivery expected to be delivered on the 19th.

I was supposed to receive a package yesterday and it said it was delivered but when I called the lady told me in fact it wasn't delivered. Ordered a retail clothing package. Package ordered on the same day was split between fed ex and lasership for some reason. FedEx arrived on the 17th as tracking info stated... lasership was supposed to arrive on 18th...it's now the 19th tracking number still shows it's arriving on the 18!...no updates, no idea what happened to my package. Unfortunately this isn't my first experience like this with lasership. I wish retailers would disclose that they are shipping with lasership so I can go ahead and cancel my order...

Lasership is the worst shipping company. All they do is lie about delivery packages and their customer service is the absolute worst. If I could give it -1 star, I would.

I ordered an item eight days ago and haven't received it yet.
When I called to enquirer about my package, customer service said they attempted to deliver. I was home at the time they said they attempted. I didn't experience any attempt. Why didn't they leave it at my front door?
According to customer service it will take another six days before they will "attempt" to deliver again. I feel like I have been scammed.

Not sure if under new management because years ago there were some issues, but in the past year or so they've become the fastest, most reliable shippers out there! Both Nespresso and Sephora have been using them for shipments to my house, both come faster than expected, wonderful!

The stole my package and lied about it being delivered. I have cameras and ring on my house no Lasership delivery guy never entered my gate or stepped foot on the property at the time they claimed it was delivered. The company never returned my call to give any accountability for my missing merchandise and they brushed me off and told me to call Macys.
