I would steer clear of any business that uses LaserShip as a service. 100% of my packages have been tampered with, and being that it has happened every time the selling company will not refund my money anymore. LaserShip refuses to take any responsibility, even though I have proof that it is tampered with. I have filed mail fraud with the US Postal Service, with the FTC, with the Better Business Bureau, and with any public news outlet. I have stopped doing business with all companies that use LaserShip due to the rampant theft from this company. One Google search will tell you all you need to know. I cannot believe they are still in business, and I do think there will be a class action lawsuit very soon.
The photos below show how to out of three items have been removed by slicing open the envelope, then melting it back together. Both envelopes are received that day we're missing more than half of their items. The boxes I receive have clear tape that has been slit open enough for a hand to reach it, and take out the majority of the merchandise. Horrible company.

Either LaserShip is days late with your delivery or they say that there is a delivery exception and to fill out their form, but do specify the issue. Assuming it is an address issue, it would be odd since the online store we order from (i.e., Nike) has been delivering to the same exact address for years. I even had Nike contact LaserShip to help resolve the issue, and days later the package is still showing as a "Delivery Exception." LaserShip is the worst, and I can only assume that their shipping prices are so low that online retailers just can't say no. Well, if they keep using shipping companies that "lose" people's expensive items, or delay deliveries for no apparent reason, online retailers will end up paying for it in other ways that hurt their bottom line.
I never got any packages they were supposed to deliver! They lied about the deliblvery details sharing false pictures and details. How can any serious company work with them?
The worst. The deliveries never make it to my home. One time out of around 7 times i recieved a package, the driver was extremely rude. Zero! Customer service. How are these people still around?!?!?
I thought they were incredible. I live in the country and fed ex, ups and even our mail carrier mess up all the time (which is generally why I don't order anything to be delivered). I've had so many packages I've never had received and been out of luck so many times. But they arrived on time and right at my front door knocking. So appreciative and impressed. Fantastic job ya'll! Very polite also.
I'm beginning to wonder if this really is a business or is it an imaginary front that sellers "use" when they want to show tracking without actually shipping a product? I have been buying from a particular company for a while now I have received ALL of my packages shipped from them via USPS and I've received all my packages shipped from them via UPS. I have yet to receive ANY of the four shipped via LaserShip. NONE of them. Seriously, WTF?! IF this is a real company why does anyone bother to use them?! Feels like a joke.
Nearly every order from LaserShip disappears into thin air or shows up as never picked up (despite various sellers marking items as shipped). If it does arrive expect package(s) to be damaged or delivery instructions not followed. Any company who uses them usually has to refund or reship via a different carrier. Someone should run a sting and use AirTags to find out where all these thousands of missing packages are going. Something is off about this shipping company.
They didn't even attempt to make a delivery - they just lost the package. Customer service just told me to contact the seller, end of discussion. In fact, they said that I wouldn't receive my package even if they found it later!
I had a package pick up by seller 9 days later, could not get an estimated delivery date when I called customer service at Laser ship said severe weather conditions causing a delay where the packages was picked up and where it was being delivered t no severe conditions reported! Complete BS
Can you imagine delivery delay, delivery suspension, delivered package to the wrong address. All these things happened together in just one f**king delivery. And after 10 days since the label was made and countless times talking with customer service, I still didn't get my package, if I could give a negative rating score, I'll definitely do it.
I ordered something on the 16th of March they send you a text or email saying they attempted to deliver the pkg which is totally false because there was someone home. When you contact them through chat cuz can't find a number to speak with someone about it which by the way it's scripted when they chat the problem doesn't get solved. So I'm still waiting for a pkg that should've been delivered on Wednesday the 22nd. This company should not be in business. It's pure laziness on the workers part. Just ring the doorbell and or drop the pkg in front of the door it's that simple. No company should deal with lasdership in my opinion one star is being kind when they should get none.
Submitted a shipping address with my order on a clothing website, LaserShip just completely changed the address, shipped to the wrong address and will not allow me to update to the correct address without "permission" from the seller which they don't even specify what the permission is. Customer service agents are rude and not helpful if you can avoid using laser ship avoid at all costs nothing good to say
Laser Ship is the WORST delivery service I have ever encountered. If I order something and Laser Ship is the "delivery" company I KNOW I will not receive my package. I'm into the double digits in packages not received. I was able to salvage ONE by driving to their headquarters to pick it up. Laziest delivery service ever. They don't even contact you if the package cannot be delivered. 0/10

These people pretty much stoled my package and said it was delivered to my front door! This is a big rip off I wish I would of read all of these reviews,, has anyone had their package delivered after they said it was? Please help the wrost of the wrost!
You are the WROST SHIPPING WANBE COMPANY! YOU NEVER RING MY BELL. PLUS THIS DELIVERY WAS LEFT IN THE LOBBY! How do I know! You took a picture for me to see. MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN! YOUR DRIVERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT DOING THE JOB RIGHT. GET IT TOGETHER! I SPOKE TO THE GAP and I requested that they stop using your organization. You are a joke!
My order from Temu was shown delivered but it got never delivered. Delivery pic shows it got delivered to another address but the pic doesn't show house number and all. They upload random door pics to falsely claim the delivery attempt. It looks like a trend to deliver it to a wrong address so the customer will take refund from the retailers and they ll keep the stuff.
Every time I see that they are the shipping company I pretty much know not to expect my package to arrive and probably about 75% of the time I am correct. The most recent time it stated it needed an access code. I'm not sure to what? My open access driveway? No worries though, the next day it stated that my package was damaged in delivery and to seek out the shipper to get a refund!
I never received my package that I ordered from Lulus. Lasership said they left it at my front door. They provided no proof of picture taken at my door. They have no live customer service operators. Making a claim takes 30 days. What a joke! Zero stars
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.

Answer: Good luck with that. Check your tracking. It may say delivered at front door. They are known for saying packages are delivered that customers never receive. This company is shoddy beyond belief.
