They never deliver I really meant NEVER basically they steal and update the package is delivered. You can't even file complaint on their website everytime I tried show me $#*!ing error for no reason. Seriously this $#*!ing Lasership business should be questioned and be closed forever.

Horrible robotic customer service, always delivering my packages to another building in the complex. Website never shows accurate info. & they're never on time. If you can avoid it, by all means don't use them for anything.

I get nauseous when I see my package is coming Lasership instead of literally anyone else. I wish there was an option to see who is delivering BEFORE purchase, but most sites don't tell you. I wouldn't even bother buying anything coming through them. It is literally always an issue. Saying they delivered when they didn't, saying they can't deliver because I'm "closed" or they "couldn't access" my house. Saying no one was home when I was, smashing the packages on the ground when they do come, leaving it out in the open for thieves instead of the directions I left to obscure it, or using my mailbox. Absolute trash. They've cost me so much money, time, and aggravation.

I have complained to Amazon multiple times, but they say they don't have control over which carrier delivers the package….EVERY time Lasership is used my package ends up missing! They do not follow delivery instructions and the drivers may be stealing the packages themselves!

Rude customer service agents. TERRIBLE. I wish people would not use this company. They literally give you the same answer over and over. You can tell they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Stay away, and request your vendor not to use this shipping company. Ordered athletic shoes for an event from Adidas and product showed it would be delivered on time. Never received an update. When tracked the delivery date changed two consecutive days than stayed the same. Filed out a case number expecting to hear back from them with in the two day turn-around as stated on their website, finally after 5 days I called. Talking to the CS rep, she made it apparent they had not looked into it and they would not have let me know, but rather follow up with the vendor. Item was "lost". Unfortunately, the item I ordered is no longer available in the size I need. I'm okay with honest mistakes, but there was no effort to correct the mistake. I will make sure not to allow shipment using Laswership from my vendors in the future.

I had two orders from this place sent from eBay through laser tag. Both items were immediately stolen with an hour. These guys staff driver are thieves. They refused to change my address. II had a fed ex delivery I received of shoes but not from laser ship. You will not get your packages at all I promise. Never ever use these people.

I had one bad experience but since then I have happily getting orders. Haven't been having issues.

Absolute garbage they throw your stuff out in the middle of nowhere it gets stolen and they don't even respond for it where they come from they probably came out of the crackerjack box because nobody's ever heard of them don't trust them with your packages at all unless you're delivering trash or phone books that can be thrown and nobody cares

0 for this delivery company! For several months now their delivery driver refuses to follow the instructions on the shipping label. She had the audacity to argue with me about the simple delivery instructions. The previous delivery driver was competent. I did not have to put instructions on the label. I told her to leave my home and she argued with me sometimes in Spanish! She walked toward her car then had the nerve to come back up our driveway to continue to argue with me and my husband. She parked in my neighbors yard on their sidewalk! The homeowners here are responsible for the sidewalk. We are responsible for repairs of sprinkler heads that are damaged when vehicles park on the grass next to the street and sidewalk. We have had to repair many bc of inconsiderate drivers. She had plenty of room in the street. The other delivery drivers in bigger vehicles have no problem stopping for a minute and leaving their truck in the road.
She showed up like she just came from the gym. Incredibly unprofessional!
The next day FedEx did the same thing. I spoke with him. Totally different conversation! He apologized, admitted being in a hurry, he understood why the boxes need to be inside, they get soaked, the contents are wet, etc. He said he would read the instructions next time and have a good day. No argument, no raising his voice and speaking in Spanish, no going to his truck and then coming back for more arguing. A polite respectful young man. Very professional.
By reading the reviews, I am thankful I am at least getting my packages.

My package from Amazon, have delayed a delivery because of this BS company. I never had these problems until after I signed up for this. I've tried to talk to someone on live chat (Daryl M) and all he could tell me was to call the Amazon facility, despite the fact that my package HAS TO GO THROUGH lasership, for it to be delivered. DO NOT sign up for this, unless you want sh*tty service and your money stolen. Anything to make a quick buck without any heart.

Update 3/4/23: It says delivered, and I still don't see my package.

They claim they delivered a package to my house. I have security cameras showing the vehicle pulling up at the exact time someone "signed" for the delivery, yet no one got out of the vehicle (both my husband and I were home, our vehicles also shown in the security cam) and they drove away two minutes later. Despite several attempts to speak with customer service, my inquiries have gone with no response. Since this problem, I have read reviews on several sites, and I can't believe - not only - that this company is still in business, but that companies are actually still using them to "deliver" things! They've got employees AND managers convicted of theft, videos showing drivers literally throwing boxes at houses, and the worst ratings I've ever seen. They should be shut down immediately.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I've had 3 packages lost recently through Lasership. They sent a picture of a delivery. It was not my house. I went to my local post office to find out where this house is. Just out of curiosity. The area didn't sound familiar. They said there is no such address in our town. I wish the companies that use Lasership would realize how inefficient they are. The representative for Lasership was very helpful. He added directions to my house that will permanently be connected to my deliveries. I still don't know why it's so difficult for them to find my house. I don't live in the woods. I'm in a busy area with no other problems with deliveries. It's only Lasership that seems to find this difficult.

I've had two orders that were falsely reported as delivered or unable to deliver. LaserShip must be engaged in a fraudulent scheme with retailers who benefit by having their brand in short supply. The retailer gets use of your money, insurance claims,and discounted products like shoes have a higher price in the black market. It's private equity stealing from people. Report them to the FTC.

I don't know how this company works. As a customer, I put all my information there to know where and when my package would arrive. No text message nor email notification was sent to me, it said delivered, and no one in the house knew that somebody coming. Just realized when I check the tracking order, it said delivered, but no package left.
It's disgraceful, either the carrier or just the company doesn't; care about the package they're carrying.

I live in a high-rise apartment building. The delivery driver left my package outside the building entrance door at the Call board. He could'nt even take the time to ring/ call my Apt. To inform me it was left there. Anyone could have taken it, There is theft in this building!
LASERSHIP DELIVERY DRIVERS; PLEASE have a care about where you leave packages.
Many companies are having to give refunds because of your negligence and uncaring attitude., THAT'S NOT RIGHT! LASERSHIP PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Horrible, painstaking certification for little reward. Their approach to certifying labels and manifests is to find one thing each email, you make the change, re-submit and they tell you one more change (there are upwards of 1000 different things that could be wrong). This caused us to miss an important deadline for a customer. AVOID LASERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.
