My package was dropped off in some corner and not where I requested it to be dropped off. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for the whole day with no luck. All I got was a lousy email stating that my package was delivered. Worst experience I have ever had with a carrier. Trash
Lasership is probably the worst delivery service around. They delivered my package to the wrong house, took a picture and still tried to tell me it was delivered to the correct house. Thankfully the lady was kind enough to bring my package to me. BUT even she said they stole from her. I don't know how they are still in business. The people the work for them are dumb!
This company is awful. I've ordered from Ulta two times and received nothing. I stopped ordering anything from anyone who uses this company. If you want your orders and this company is the delivery service don't expect to get your order.
If I could give them a ZERO, I would. They are by far the worst shipping company out there! I had a package from Sephora, they ended up sending it back to them because they couldn't locate me. I reordered, Sehora is AMAZING, again, they couldn't find me. I called, gave them step by step directions, they still couldn't find me. 7, yes SEVEN phone calls later, step by step directions, including little identifying things, ex; fire hydrant, pool, etc, they delivered it to the wrong address! They never got it to me. I ended up calling Sephora again, who sent it OVERNIGHT to sidestep having to use these bozos and I got it the next day. FedEx, UPS, USPS, AMAZON, they all find me fine but not these idiots! NEVER use them!
This is the worst delivery company they never delivery correctly. And then dont want to reimburse or tell you where they delivery the package with who. WORST COMPANY DONT USES
I am extremely disappointed with lasership. I had three packages carried by them. Two were delivered correctly and the other delivered to an address that they added more to. I am requesting that package be redelivered and they insist they cannot help me even tho it was their error. They take no accountability for their actions. The answers they give are very generic. I am truly disappointed and will be sure to let everyone know that they are not reliable nor are they willing to rectify their own errors. Will never use them again. How can you take it to the wrong address and then not care. Shows they don't care about their customer. Messages received.
I have had two bad experiences now with laser ship. I received an email saying my package was delivered to my name with what looks like a computerized signature (not mine). I filed a lost package claim both times and each time they say "we conducted our investigation and we see that it's delivered reach out to the company". I reached out to Laser Ship to see if I could get any information about the investigation, where the package exactly was delivered etc, and they were not able to provide me any other information. If you see a company using laser ship to deliver your package, no not order!
My package said it was delivered and no attempt was ever made! I was expecting a gift for family and no one even came to the door! We have cameras and pets. These people are a scam!
Lasership delivered my packages some random places outside of the front door. I raised the SR with them and they said they cannot do anything contact to seller.
I wish everyone would please stop using Lasership and use genuine shipping services
The worst shipping company I've dealt with. I left delivery instructions with the purchasing site and with Lasership twice. On all those occasions the customer service rep neglected to pass on the delivery instructions to the delivery person on the truck. It's been three weeks still waiting for my item that was supposed to arrive two weeks ago.

I am missing almost $500 worth of merchandise from three packages. I asked the company to please only deliver when there is a person at home, but they haven't honored it. The package I received today, which was missing three items had been slit open with a knife, then the plastic envelope melted back together. The box I received several months ago, had been slit open through clear tape so a hand could get through and merchandise removed. LaserShip takes absolutely zero responsibility, and I did have to find a company to get $250 worth of merchandise back. I do understand that it is not the company's responsibility when it comes to theft or mail fraud, but LaserShip has absolutely no response. I do hope there is a civil suit filed in the near future. I have filed mail, fraud, with my attorney, general, and with the FTC.
So, here I am sitting at home waiting for my first delivery from Hungry Root. I see via the tracking it is in the next town. Well, my home is on google maps and it should be all set to arrive...hooray!
Nope...Laser Shi* just texted me that they attempted to deliver my meal plan for the week but could not deliver it! Really, I am HOME!? My address is on google maps, mapquest, etc...and no one even called me! I think maybe NO ONE TRIED ANYTHING and you are not a shipping company but instead are full of shi*!
Lasership always leaves my packages in random places outside of the front door. I live in an apartment complex and my door is off of a hallway.
That leaves my packages susceptible to being stolen.
My latest package is sitting at the local office.
It is citing bad weather as the reason for "exception". It isn't snowy or icey, only cold.
I never know when or even if I will get my package.
I wish everyone would please stop using Lasership or better yet...Lasership, get it together!
My delivery showed as attempted but not available on their tracking info, but I have been at work in this office both of the attempted delivery days. There is no ability to pick up the package after the 2nd "attempted" delivery, which is ridiculous. I would NOT recommend using this company, and I will attempt to let Under Armour know of this experience. Hopefully they can use other sources for future deliveries.
I will start by saying that I almost never complain about such topics (i.e. I'm really not a "Karen"), but have felt compelled to address this issue as it affects many people, companies (lost revenue), and their customer service is absolutely abysmal!
For the past week, I have been disputing the delivery of an order delivered to the wrong address (with photos to prove this). These pictures were shared with the company and met with a response of reports of an "investigation" which was "completed" (in a day) and instructions to contact the seller.
I informed them that this should not be the sellers responsibility as Lasership delivered the package to the wrong address (which was checked twice and was also part of a multi order shipment, of which I received another package correctly). I noted that their sole role was in the shipment of the package, hence the honus is on them. Additionally, I could not get any details as to the "investigation," just an automated response.
*Note: The seller remedied this issue, and actually noted that they are looking into other companies to ship through due to similar complaints.*
I asked to speak with a manager at Lasership repeatedly, to review the poor business practices, and have gotten nowhere! A company with this poor of a record, and their response to me alone, should be held accountable IMHO.
Misfits Market uses this company for delivery and I wish they would stop. My first deliver box was damaged and partially open. Luckily everything was there but it appeared this was the result of poor handling. The package was left outside my apartment building with no attempt to deliver to me directly. There is a buzzer and the apartment number is very clear in the address. My second box I received is in better shape however again there was no attempt to deliver to my door, the buzzer was never rung and they left it outside on a wet snowing area. If I wasn't home at the time of delivery it would have sat out there for a while because my handicapped mother wouldn't be able to get it. She could have let them in if they had rung the buzzer. I'm a delivery driver myself and I believe the driver ringing the buzzer isn't to much to ask, and confirming someone isn't home before placing the package in a wet snowy area is just good customer service.
I wish I would have taken a picture of both but I didn't know I had that option on here.
I absolutely hate this company. This is my second time having my package delivered by lasership. I didn't get to receive my first package, and now I lost my second one too. If there is a way you guys can pick who you want your package be delivered by DO NOT pick this, Thank You!
Twice in one week my package was stolen back to back and they said they deliver it;when I have cameras and no one came to the building with a package
They claim they're investigated within 10 hours they said Investigation ended. No one from customer service even reached out to try to discuss the problem. So when you see LaserShip as your delivery carrier watch out!
This company admitted they delivered my package to the wrong address & offered no resolution!
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.

Answer: Good luck with that. Check your tracking. It may say delivered at front door. They are known for saying packages are delivered that customers never receive. This company is shoddy beyond belief.
Answer: Because they are liars and they like to steal... It's happen to me... Being home says delivered and signed for... The worst part is that Amazon is aware of this...
