We ordered a bunch of clothing items from Zara and we got notifications saying that they were delivered at our front door but we never got them. The same thing happened before when we got a pair of limited addition shoes from Adidas and they never got delivered, same thing with the notifications. They said that it was at the front door but never got delivered. We even saw an article saying that the reports for missing packages from LaserShip increased by a landslide in the past year. NEVER choose LaserShip as a shipping option. The best thing to do is say ship to store.

Walmart I should have gotten two packages today! But they only sent me one, and I asked if they had another package, and I got the answer that there was only one. But the system shows that two packages were delivered at the same time! I still signed it! This is a scam courier company, the courier company with the lowest rating on the whole network! Please Walmart Stop Using Lasership! Don't give our products to thieves and scammers thank you

Shocking Incompetence

I ordered an item from Nordstrom.com. USPS handed it off to LaserShip for that "last mile." After about 4 days, the company couldn't get it to my house. No word whatsoever from LaserShip. They just didn't deliver the package. I cancelled the order and reordered the item, this time having is sent to my work address. Still couldn't manage to get it to me. The first attempt was on a federal holiday when the office building was closed. I contacted the company and asked that they please deliver BEFORE 5:30 M - F. They failed on the second attempt by trying to deliver after 7:30 pm when the office building was closed. On the third attempt, they tried and failed to deliver closer to 8:30 pm. Inexplicably, this simple instructions to deliver before 5:30 pm when the office was open was not followed. I gave up and cancelled the order a second time and resigned myself to picking it up at the store. This is a really bad look for Nordstrom. They usually have exceptional customer care. I don't know why they are doing business with this disaster of a company. Makes me very leery to order from Nordstrom again if this is what the result will be.

Never,never,never have your packages delivered by these $#*! wipe. They are liars, steal your packages and most of all deceitful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT ORDER IF VENDOR USES THEM FOR THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE!

Package stuck
January 19, 2023

I received an email that the estimated delivery date was 1/17/23 then it was changed to no delivery date available. I tracked package and it is stuck since 1/1523 in Missouri. I went directly to Lasership.com and tracked package, they still haven't updated the tracking info because it showed tracking label was generated on 1/14/23. Customer service is clueless. I don't recommend Lasership carrier to anyone. Out of 1/10 review, I give it a zero. This the worst carrier out there today. Look below of what I received in my email. How is it only label created when my package shows it is stuck since 1/15/23 in MO. I can't understand why this carrier haven't gone out of business. This wasn't my first negative experience with Lasership. This is why I am leaving a negative review.

Careless and brainless

I ordered Bath and Body works products and this lousy company delivered it at my front porch which if anyone with common sense can see that it is not safe because it is not secure and sidewalk traffic is wide opened so obviously my package was stolen. I live in a gated community so the driver could have gone through the gate and deliver it by my garage. There were items on in my package that is now out of stock. Unfortunately, I have no control over which carrier BBW uses so I will have to have my packages delivered at a different address.

You'd think I would learn shopping on-line with Ulta (sorry Ulta - we are officially divorcing). Four times now that Ulta has shipped with LaserShip and my packages are conveniently delayed, lost or sitting in cue with the message, "Waiting for Carrier to Pick up." LaserShip conveniently loses (steals) your package and must be hiring delivery folks from San Quentin State Prison! Do yourself a favor and do not support consumers that use LaserShip!

Wrong address

Whoever delivered my package put it at a old abandoned house! Now can't they read addresses because they should have clearly seen it wasn't mine! Get it together I'm having too many bad experiences with this company I'm DONE!

Every time this LaserShip delivered my package on wrong address they don't have common sense to follow the delivery address details they already made a mass then when you try to contact them they don't have any accurate answers they don't care about that customers package this company should be shut down their services or they have to teach their delivery guys some lessons absolutely worthless

LaserShip is the WORST package delivery service I have ever experienced. I do not know what governing authority needs to step in and shut this business down, but it needs to happen sooner than later! This company is ripping people off and it is absurd that they are getting away with it.

I give it 1 star because yesterday they left me 2 packages on a stone 150 feet from the entrance of my house and today I received another package and they left it for me on another stone in front 150 feet from the entrance of my house again it seems that they are They were in such a hurry that they couldn't leave it in front of the porch, putting the packages at risk. I prefer USPS or Fedex. It's a mistake to leave the packages where they put them when they know that many packages are being stolen daily.

Come on yall. Why are there still companies using LaserShip in 2023, can someone please tell me? So many businesses have realized their business was suffering because NeverShip- I mean- LaserShip was not delivering packages, therefore, they had to; One; refund, Two; give me back my damn money-
Here we go... so I love to shop, and I'm sure you out there in internet land love to shop too...lol... anyway's, I was home one weekend and every site i went on had a nice little sale going on...okay, let me shorten this... i ordered from five sites in one day, i received all my items that were being delivered by; UPS, USPS, and FedEx, but guess who still has not delivered my package. Smart cookie, you guessed it...LaserShip.

Here's what's so comical that it's difficult for me to get upset with LaserShip, but I am upset with any company that continues to use them and will stop giving them my business... so, hear this, my fellow readers...The delivery address is a business that's open with easy access, just walk in... UPS delivers my package, and 30 minutes later, FedEx delivers another package, literally, at the same time as FedEx is exiting, I receive a text message from LaserShip stating; unable to deliver...WHAT... Now six days after the initial so-called attempt, I have received four more text messages, and still no package. What a joke...

FYI, five, just as I'm about to hit send, I received another text from "NeverShip", I mean "LaserShip, that they were unable to deliver my package. Asos...shame on you, for using this company. You have eyes, clearly, you see all the terrible reviews...

Ordered a jersey from NFL website with expedited 2 day service on Jan 6th. It shipped on the 7th and on the 9th I received a message that it was routed to the wrong facility. No movement since then (it's now the 16th). I have reached out to customer service in every way possible with no reply. Bet those warehouse workers are enjoying all the stuff that never arrives and that $200 jersey! NFL shop needs to stop using this service! I'd pay more for a more reliable service. No wonder so many horrible reviews.

PLEASE RETAILERS stop using laser ship! We the customers have no control over you handing our items that we paid for to thieves and liars. Laser Ship customer service is horrible so the ball is in your court for reimbursement and I would think you're losing a lot with a service that never delivers.

This shipper had two packages to deliver. Evidently, they didn't even deliver the packages to the right county. This is not my first experience with them. They say they subcontract out...bad idea. The drivers have no loyalty to LaserShip. The CSRs are easy to work with. Very bad business to utilize.
