Beyond the WORST delivery service possible

I have had 3 packages stolen over the holidays. Tonight they stated they "attempted delivery" of my package! What BS! I have been home all day waiting for this delivery. I had the outside lights on and I have 2 dogs who hear everything…. No one tried to deliver anything to my house.
Customer service could care less! Lori just kept copying and pasting the same "we're sorry for the delay" message!
I'm going to request that Lasership NEVER touches another one of my packages! They SUCK! I am so angry!

Laser ship does not even deserve a 1 star. There is nothing confusing about where I live and all homes have address clearly marked. Either their logistics system sucks or they are all idiots. This has happened on 3 occasions, stating my package is out for delivery, then states it was delivered. But I was home and no one came to "my" door. Go to the Laser ship site and tracking shows picture of someone's home with my package on their porch, but it certainly was not mine. Made several attempts to contact Laser ship on this but they accept no responsibility for their complete screw ups. Now some one I do not know has my $130 order and the ones that lose are the merchant and the customer. WHY DO MERCHANTS continue to use them? It's cheap for them but ultimately costs them more in losses, VERY FRUSTRATED!

They are simply horrible. After being informed that they delivered my packages to the wrong address, they continue to do it! I will NOT deal with any companies that use this company. Has been going on for years and companies still use them. Attorney General's office will be notified of this incompetent company.

Lasership claimed they delivered a package to my address however the package never was delivered and I have cameras, I ask the rep to provide proof that the driver delivered to the address listed for the package which he claims they don't take pictures, I informed the Rep that I have cameras and there was no delivery from this unheard of company.

Let's start by who tf even is lasership & who did they come from? Wherever they did come from they need to go back to their $#*! hole. I had two packages say it's delivered at my front door but never received it. & to top it all off I had one package delivered OPENED with the contents in it opened as well but once they noticed it was girl stuff they didn't want it but then yet I have to contact my seller for their bs…

Package not delivered
January 10, 2023

I was on my porch when I noticed Laser Ship drive pass my house. She came back pulled into my drive and asked could she leave my package at my garbage can of which was approx 180ft away by the main road. I told her no. She sat there for a minute, backed up and drove down in front of our old house in the fork of the road and sat there a few minutes and drove off and went down the road pass my house. I sat there and waited to see if she was coming back but she did not. When I got my phone and there was an email indicating she delivered the package to me my package. She never got out of her van at my house or at the old house. I made a complaint with Laser Ship. They claimed they would investigate. They concluded the package was delivered. I was pissed because what I explained to them wasn't considered obviously concluding I was lying and believing the driver who needed to be fired.

Wrong address, wrong attitude

I placed an order with Grove.com and they are usually very good at getting my order processed and out and delivered promptly. Well for some reason they switched to this clown outfit (sorry clowns). I went and searched and found that they claimed they delivered the packages 3 days earlier. They were not on our surveillance cameras at any time between Dec. 13 - 19 (claimed it was delivered on Dec. 16). I noticed on their website they had a picture of the packages where they delivered them. It was a picture of a dark-ish grey house with a number 23 but there was no porch and no protection for the boxes. I live in a white duplex with porches on both sides. I emailed them and Grove about the issue. LaserShip got right back to me, first with the auto responder and then one giving me a tracking number and telling me "We have placed this package under an investigation that should conclude within 2 business days. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue within that time. If, however, you do not receive your package in 2 business days, please contact your seller for further assistance." Four business days later I received an email from them. This is their response "Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist." Why would I CLAIM to not receive a package that was delivered to the wrong address?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Below are two pictures. The first picture is from LaserShip claiming the packages were delivered with a photo of the house they delivered them to. The second picture is of my house. They look nothing alike. There are only four (4) houses on my street, not one of them are grey and all are duplexes.

Never will I recommend this pitiful company to anyone and I will be begging Grove to switch companies.

Grove on the other hand, received my email did whatever they did to verify my claim and immediately reshipped my order.

LaserShip is a disgrace to the delivery company industry.

Amazing that companies like PATAGONIA rely on this below standard operation to ship their products that they've worked hard on and that cost so much. My packages get delivered to someone who lives in a poverty stricken mobile home park in Flint MI... They always say 'they attempted to deliver my package ' but that is just an obvious lie. Absolutely joke, they should not be able to be in operation.

I am sick and tired of this company. I've ordered from shein a couple times and i've had 4 orders shipped from lasership. THEY have not delievered EVEN ONE PACKAGE. They've claimed that my pakage will arrive soon, saying they will be opening up a case for this my issue. They never once emailed me back. This is straight up theft because there's no way my package will be missing. They are complete liars. I cant even get a refund from my seller because the status of my package is claimed to be delivered, i have been chasing this company for 2 months to the point i just gave up. I'm always praying that my package does not get " delivered" by them.

Never received package

Site said my package was delivered to my front door but never was. I was home so I know no one took it from my porch. I had another package that also showed delivered but didn't actually arrive for another two days.

Package two lost!

Truly a dishonest company. Their driver took packages to the wrong address. They refuse to truly resolve the issue. Now I am out of the money I spent as well as the packages. You cannot reach a live agent and they send dishonest emails.

Worst delivery service ever.
January 4, 2023

I received a notification at 8:30 PM that my package was not able to be delivered. Why? Because they didn't have a gate code. My neighborhood is not a gated community, there are no gate codes to access anywhere in this neighborhood. Had to wait an HOUR to speak to customer service, only for customer service rep Jeremiah to disconnect from me and send an email saying he "submitted the information for review". Next customer service rep said they were going to "look into it." None of these resolve the issue, as this driver clearly just didn't feel like finishing their route and marked my package as "gate code needed." It's actually infuriating, especially after the package was delayed for 3 days extra already while being held by LaserShip. I'm so angry I can't even put it into words properly, and no one at the company seems to care whatsoever.

1 star is too much for Lasership

Some of my daughter's Christmas present were shipped through this company all in one package. They claimed It was delivered but I never received it, I am very diligent with my packages and never had issues receiving packages prior to this or all of this holiday season. I reached out to customer service via email and was told I need to go to the shipper (who understandably also denied responsibility) for a resolution when Lasership is the responsible party. After much back and forth of hearing the same response I gave up. They refuse to help or compensate. Both seller and shipper were paid by me for stuff i will never receive. They are the worst!

I ordered at 10pm on Wednesday night and got my package today (Friday) at 1 pm. The delivery driver was polite and respectful. So happy with speed of delivery!

Lost in Transit
December 29, 2022

I placed an order on 11/30 with a seller who used LaserShip as a carrier. 20 Days/3 weeks went by and I saw that my package was sitting in transit in the same location. LaserShip Customer Service told me to wait but the seller notified me that my package was lost in transit. I reordered my items and the new package is sitting in the same location again! (St Louis, MO) What is wrong with this company?

One star is a stretch. The order arrived in their warehouse in town in about 3 days. It sat there for almost 2 weeks. Every day the updated expected delivery date showed the previous days date. Finally at 5 or 6 p.m. one day it said out for delivery. Later that night it said delayed. Then it was delayed due to weather but the roads were clear. Then it got sent to Arizona, then back to Spokane. After that I gets emails stating the package is being returned to the seller. I spoke to the cs reps twice who promised the package would be delivered and someone would call. Neither happened. Now a full month later the package is in California and has been sitting there for a week. This order was placed on 11/29, today is 12/29 and I have no idea if I OR the seller will ever receive the package. It gets better, I tried to reorder but half of the items were sold out so I could only get a few of the items, I begged them to use usps, fed ex, or ups. They did use ups and package arrived in 3 days. Chain of command in this company needs to be terminated for incompetence

This dumb trifling driver dropped the package off at his or her own house, our porch pavement is gray in color, and the the picture that was taken shows red pavement, what losers and a true dirtbag no respect for people's property, this vendor needs to be put under investigation and put out of business for theft of property, more then likely a weed head, no drug testing done I guess they have to take packages to support a habit I'm making sure that the seller will not use this vendor period, laser ship needs to follow the drivers that has packages that comes up missing

Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered bunch of staff from a store, the order was divided in two packages. One package was delivered fast on time before Christmas, the second package still not delivered. When I called they claimed they didn't have unit number, I updated it over the phone. Next day I went on line and they had unit number listed twice. I called them again, representative told me "driver wasn't able deliver my package, and you will receive it on Monday after Christmas. ( it was my Christmas gifts). I asked for manager and they told me it's no manager until next year! Today is Monday and I still didn't receive my package. Wil definitely escalate my complain to the store administration, hopefully they will reconsider to use Laser Ship to deliver our orders.
