I ordered an item from a retailer on 11/26 that was shipped via Lasership. According to the tracking, the package made its way to a shipping facilty only 13 miles from my home, but no updates came after that. After contacting the company muliple times via phone and online customer support, I was not provided additional information on the shipment. I checked the tracking number after a few weeks and saw a notification that the package was lost. My only recourse was to contact the retailer to get a refund, which they accomodated. I will not make any purchases from retailers that use this shipping service due to this experience.

Stay away from LaserShip. I do not know how this company is still in business and is able to contract with major companies to deliver their items. I ordered some items from the under armor website. LaserShip was scheduled to deliver my items. They marked my items delivered and items never came, when I contacted LaserShip to complain, they did a 24 to 48 hour investigation emailed me and told me basically that it was my problem. I stopped ordering from under armor just because of this company. Companies stop working with this company. They are thieves, liars, and are ripping off your customers and you are losing business because of it.

Twice I have been lied to saying my purchase was delivered an it wasn't. I have a ring camera. They weren't there. It took 2 weeks of "attempted deliveries" and when I contacted them to question what the problem is, the status changed to delivered. This has to be a scam, and the worst part is I ordered from a reputable company. Unfortunately, I don't have the items before Christmas!

I work at an apartment community and I can't tell you how many times someone has contacted the office because their package went missing. When I ask who delivered it...you guessed it, LaserShip. They are the only company that leaves packages outside to get stolen. We have an Amazon HUB locker for all packages. LaserShip shows up after hours a lot and leaves the packages outside. I have called them too many times to count to complain and each time they tell me they will look into it and they are sorry blah, blah blah. The same old same old. It's too bad that their delivery drivers just don't care. They don't care where they leave packages and they don't care that they will get stolen. I always tell my residents to call and complain but the same thing happens over and over again. I don't even know why this company exists because they are terrible!

From their 1.6 star rating, I imagine I can't say anything new. Apparently I live on the moon because they've tried to deliver 3 times and can't find me, but a pkg shipped from the same merchant via UPS made it to me with no problem. There goes Christmas. Thanks for nothing LaserShip. How are you even still a thing?

Would Give Zero Stars

I had a package from Bath and Body Works sit at the lasership facility near my house. For over a week and nothing changed in the status. I contacted them twice and they said they couldn't locate the package. I contacted BBW and then magically lasership found my package and said it was out for delivery. I'm still waiting. It said it was delayed and a delivery was attempted, though there was no attempt on their part. We'll see if it ever shows up. I'm also waiting for another package that they said is delayed. I'm not ordering online from anyone again who uses lasership. It's just a headache.

I had a package that was *labeled as delivered* on 12/08/2022 via the tracking number and a photo of the delivery was provided showing it was inside of a secure lockbox with the door open, however, the package was NEVER scanned into the lockbox or the delivery room. I never received a code to pick up my package, bc there was NO package. When LuxerOne required the apartment complex to perform an audit of all lock boxes, there was NO package left for me. After contacting the shipping company, they said they would "do their -best-" to relocate and deliver the package in two days, and if I never received on to contact the purchaser (I had already contacted the purchaser to let them know of the incident). The package was never "found" and was never delivered. After reaching back out to the company, they repeated that I would need to contact the purchaser. This company currently demonstrates untrustworthy integrity and sneaky morals. They basically put the package in the locker, took a photo, and took the package with them.

Action Needed to be taken Against LaserShip

LaserShip has claimed to deliver my items but they have not! It is so frustrating when you are expecting something and you dont get it and the company refuses to take responsibility. People need to take action against these scamps! They need to be put out of business!
I only gave them one (1) star because I couldn't give them zero (0).

I am only giving them 1 star because you cant give 0. LaserShip is without a doubt the worst courier around. I live in a suburban neighborhood where all the houses are very cleared numbered and LaserShip still cannot seem to deliver to the right house. 3 orders placed, 0 orders delivered. I will never buy another product from a company that uses LaserShip as their courier. Furthermore, on the tracking status it said it was processed at their distribution center at 12:30pm and delivered to my house at 12:33 pm.

This company is the worst they marked my package delivered when it wasn't, I reached out to the company to find out where my package was it took them 2 days to do an investigation, Their conclusion was my package was delivered but they have no proof because the person who delivered my package did not take a picture so I have no idea where this person delivered my package, This delivery company sucks the only reason why I gave them one star is because you had to give a star.!

The worst delivery service ever!

I have ordered from 3 different retailers who use laserShip. I have yet to receive a package. Now LaserShip is making false claims they delivered the package and handed it to me upon delivery, Seriously? I will now verify the delivery service prior to ordering. If a retailer uses laserShip I will cancel my order.

My experience matches so many others here. Their "investigation" concluded that my package was delivered but they could not provide any proof (suspicious). Meanwhile I was home all day of the "alleged" delivery and our building cameras confirmed no packages made it to the lobby the day in question. The fact they have merged with OnTrac is telling as both carriers are unreliable and customer service is non existent. Retailers like ZARA are using them to cut shipping corners and save some pennies at the expense of their customers. Do yourself a favor: avoid online companies who rely on LaserShip or OnTrac for their shipping, or be prepared to dispute those charges for packages that never show up.

Your the worst delivery service ever. I hope and will request that you NEVER touch or deliver a package of mine. Your customer service sucks, and having to contact you has been a disaster for almost a month. I thought it was just my package but you all already have a bad rep. LaserShip my $#*!, you all are snail mail, and thieves keep blaming the sender when it's YOU. I'll make sure I post a review about Laser$#*!.

This company needs to be reported to the authorities and the better business bureau there delivery guy's steel packages it's a shame these types of behaviors are taking place around the holidays or any other day I would put up the footage of this lasership crook in action, but I'm gonna remain calm in this matter while I take the appropriate steps to putting this company on blast about your poor services. Be careful make sure you place cameras around your property because if I didn't have mine i just would of been another victim of this company's crime please please please make sure your packages aren't handled by them because you will regret.

Lousy Service

You really have a lousy service, unfortunately I have had 8 packages with you, of which I have only received one, that is, 1 package of 8 and that because I called every day to complain, could that be possible? Additionally, when I talk to you, the excuse is that the drivers don't read the instructions. I would like to know what kind of drivers do you hire? That it is so difficult for them to abide by simple instructions. This making excuses among yourselves is not at all ethical for a company.
