THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE OUT THERE

All of their employees must steal the packages. They said they delivered my very expensive package yesterday on a Sunday around 4:51pm at my front door. No package was there check my home Cameras around that time there were no delivery people who came to my front door. This company is a SCAM ANDD A $#*! WHOLE WHO SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. I guess Nordstrom is using them because they have lower shipping rate than FEDEX AND UPS. Well now I KNOW why.

I ordered four shoes from macys Christmas gift just for my very bad luck they ship it by this stealing company after two days from the expected delivery days they said delivered but where God knows I have security cameras no one even got closer so upset just called macys and requested not dealing with these people anymore so shame on you please respect your self and that the third problem with them shame on you

Would give 0 stars if possible. This company does not know how to deliver. They said they left my package at the Leasing Office, however, my leasing office does not hold packages or have a mail room. Each building of the apartment complex has it's own address. The company my package was from resent my package, and again LaserShip said they left it at the leasing office, and again, package was nowhere to be found. LaserShips "investigation" into the issue was simply "Our records indicate package was delivered" and that was it. I have never had any issues with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or Amazon delivering my packages to the correct place.

They've had my package for a couple weeks now and when I track it it hasn't moved for about a week but says it's in my city. I've sent several emails and called and can't get an answer on where my package is or when it'll arrive. This is a horrible business and they should be shut down.

These people are nothing but scam artist, and they work hand-in-hand with Soreil. They lie and say they delivered your package then they make you wait 7 to 14 days for a phony investigation. I am ready to report them for fraud and I am not the only person who's had this problem I've had people tell me that they have taken pictures of the item on the front porch, and then the driver has come back and taking the box back. Do not do business with these people. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. The state of Massachusetts and anyone else to close this company down. They gonna wish they just concluded mine as a missing package. I am heading over to Facebook with my 5000 friends and I'm gonna post away and then I'm gonna head over to Instagram with all my followers and I'm gonna post away. This is a fraudulent company running scams.

My package was never delivered

I ordered a package from J C Penney. Well Lasership stated that the package was delivered. I have video cameras at my front door and front of my house. No one made any deliveries on Dec 9 2022. I called LaserShip and the person at LaserShip stated he check on package. Later that day he said package was delivered and there is nothing LaserShip can do. I called J C Penney they said I had to file a police report and that I had to email them the police report before they would replace or credit me for that purchase.
I do not know how this LaserShip is in business. LaserShip are either losing packages or stealing them. Better business bureau you will be receiving a letter from me

First delivery attempt was unsuccessful, I was told they'd hold the order till I was home but that they would not call me to let me know they were there. I live in an apartment building in NYC, no door bell or buzzer, so they would be unable to get in the building without notifying me. The customer service person said they would notify the driver. However, a few days later, the package was marked as delivered PRIOR to my conversation with customer service, but there's a screenshot of the signature of the person they left package with that clearly is not mine. Why get a signature if you're not going to verify the right person is getting the package? I contacted customer service 3 times and each time they said allow us 48 hours to resolve. After the third time, they said the issue is resolved on their end and to contact the seller. Seller is amazon, so the inconvenience and poor customer service here is off the charts.

This is the 3rd time the delivery person has left the package at the end of the driveway! I have called and filed a complaint! NOTHING was done! Today December15,2022 another package was left again in the driveway in the rain. The delivery person sates the package was left at the side door I have NO side door. This is $#*!ING ridiculous! Hire someone who is not lazy and can do there job! UPS, USPS, and Fed-X. ALWAYS leave there packages at the front porch which is protected from the weather.

Left my package in the rain

I have a porch. It's literally two steps away, but instead of taking the package and putting it on the porch, they left it sitting on the stairs in the rain. There's no barriers whatsoever from the steps to the porch. There's no reason whatsoever to do something like this. There are other packages from other carriers on the porch, but this company couldn't be bothered to climb those two little porch steps. Lazy and incompetent.

I now have a soaking wet box of soaking wet clothes. If you don't want your merchandise ruined, don't use this careless and unprofessional shipping service.

Horrible experience

Worse experience ever! Package delivered to the wrong place. Order was placed again & I have yet to receive the second shipment. Locating my residence isn't difficult at all. My address is visible, plus I left instructions, explaining how to get to my house.

Worst shipping company ever

I've never had a good experience with Lasership and I will NEVER order from any company that uses them as their carrier. I ordered a few things for my boyfriend for Christmas. I added delivery instructions before the package was even in my state. They attempted to deliver the package 5 days ago, said they were unable to deliver and my package has been sitting in some facility for the past 5 days and it says I need to add delivery instructions before they will attempt to deliver it again. I have even updated the instructions to make them more detailed for the driver. It takes FOREVER to get in touch with someone and I have probably spoken to 7 customer service reps at this point and none of them were even remotely helpful. I have been hung up on twice (I wasn't being rude or anything, the call just ended mid-conversation), and every chat conversation has ended abruptly before I could even finish explaining my situation to the rep. Not to mention it takes a day of waiting time before someone will respond back to your request to speak with a rep. It's been causing me a massive headache and at this point, it's highly unlikely that i will actually receive my package and I'm so over dealing with this!

Lasership has held my package for the past 5 days and keep pushing my delivery date further out. There's no way they are that busy at a location not that far from me and they hold packages that long. They also need to allow people to set up a pickup option. I could have went and gotten my package because they move like they got molasses in their $#*!. I'm surprised that with their delivery times they are still in business.

3300 complaints have been filed against LaserShip in Mogadore oh in last two years.
Package tracking stopped with them. I believe they have internal theft problems

Shoes orderd November 29th from Steve Madden. Shipping by LaserShip. My original email states I would received an e-mail when it is shipped which was not sent. LaserShip say they delivered it 12/12/2022 at 2:07 pm to my home in College Park Ga. It has not been delivered! According to their tracking it Was out for delivery 12/06/2022 in Kennesaw GA at 10:57Am and Pebblebrook Estate Mableton GA at 10:58AM. Says it was delivered to my address today 12/12 at 2:07 PM. Where had it been for those 6 days before it disappeared? It was not delivered to my address. I was home all day and outside during that time. No one came to my home. This is a dead-end street with only 6 houses on my block. There was not a delivery truck on my street. Steve Madden says sometimes LacerShip marks delivered when they have not delivered because they have to many deliveries. They asked me me wait another day to see if it is delivered. I called LaserShip at their *******030 and *******590 Customer Service number and received messages to call the company I order from for assistance. Horrible shipping company!
