This is the second time this has happened and I don't know why Adidas keeps using them. Lasership is one of the worst. Man, you get some crap email back saying that they're investigation shows the package was delivered. According to adidas, they're supposed to take a picture at the time delivery. They did not. We have a ring camera system that reports anybody in the yard, especially if they come up to the front door. And there were no recordings that day. Adidas acknowledged that they did not take a picture at the time of delivery and then recommended that I call the police. Can I call the police on the lasership? I really like Adidas products. I'll never order from them again because of lasership. Anyone that reads this needs to call their local news and basically bring it up with them. There are enough people that are experiencing the exact same thing.

Had to drop my FabFitFun subscription because they use this delivery service and their curriers always left my packages on top of mailboxes,next to the street where anybody could grab it,which they always did. It's amazing how with so many great delivery companies,this incompetent one is still on.

I ordered over $500 in products from Morphe. I placed an order 3 days in a row. Why O Why was my 1st order over $150 in makeup brushes and they were shipped using LASERSHIP. It's almost 7 days since the tracking says "we're sorry we were unable to deliver ". Really at 10pm you tried to deliver! I work from home and my office is next to the front door but I also checked the cameras for the entire day just for giggles and of course no one came to my door that day. Wonder why my other 2 orders have already showed up at my front door but they weren't shipped via LASERSHIP & I ordered them after the makeup brushes. Something is definitely wrong. This thread, TikTok & YouTube reviews is enough to start a lawsuit. They are definitely stealing packages!

Lasership simply approved, ("upon investigation") delivery record stamp for my reported, non delivery of REI hiking boots, and pointed me to the seller.
No accountability by unreliable Lasership delivery services.
So many customer negative reviews and it is hard to believe this continues for years!

This is unreliable delivery service. I putchase a $250 jacket from Mountain Hardware which allegedly was delivered and left at the front door... i never saw anythingh delivered (with motion sensor camera) and i asked all 3 close neighbors who denied ever seeing any package at any front door. LaserScamShip conducted an investogetion and determined (how?) that the package was delivered. No photo or map location was provided to proof their claim. LaserShip is a bunch of thieves and i wonder why Mountain Harware use this scam company for the delivery. I would rather pay $10 for shipping i havmy jacket on me already. Fashion Nova uses Lasership and this is the worse delivery service. They don't give you a choice. But they take your money fast. I love the product but not the customer service. So they've lost a customer due to poor shipping choices. There's too much package stealing these days not to know when your package will arrive. I've had 4 delivery dates with lasership and no deliveries. Why choice a service with such horrible rating. ‍

What a horrible delivery service. Love ulta but will never buy online again from them unless they dump these losers. Lost my package after over a week of saying it was our for delivery. Then they say they need more info from me, what? I call them since their chat system is garbage (tried 7 times to give them info and disconnected me every time) and shocker, they won't permit you to speak with a live agent. F this company, I spent over an hour with nothing accomplished.

This company delivered my package to the hub in my apartment complex under someone else name and now my package is missing and they refuse to take fault for the incorrect delivery although I have documentation from the apartment complex that the package was put under the wrong name/unit they refuse compensation and basically told me to get over it because at least they delivered in the vicinity even thought I don't have it CUSTOMER SERVICES IS TERRIBLE AND THEY DON'T TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY I literally don't even want to repurchase the package because I fear they will have to handle my package again

They have instructions to call upon arrival (their suggestion) yet no one did. The multiple avenues in which I've attempted to track my package won't accept the tracking number after they "attempted" to make the delivery. I was given an option to Chat or SMS and the tracking number was accepted when I opted for Chat which turned out was too busy and, of course, the option I selected. I received initial recognition when I started over and Chose SMS and then ghosted. I had to enter the ridiculous tracking number each time and AGAIN it won't accept it ( doesn't accept it on the web either). I wanted them to just deliver it to UPS or USPS for pickup, but that "system" is not currently functioning. More likely, those organizations don't wish to deal with them any longer. I'm unable to post a photo because they don't bother to update you via email.

Both of my packages sent through LaserShip were stolen by employees! Company confirmed! If you have a choice at all, don't use this company! Never took a photo, and forged my signature!

Terrible delivery service. It's so hard to get in contact with anyone at customer service and experienced delays for my package. Also, at 9:59 a.m. my package departed from the facility and then was "delivered" one minute later at 10:00 a.m. As you can probably guess, NO I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. Seen reviews of lasership stealing packages, makes sense after my experience.

They always say they deliver to your building but never take it to the apartment number. When i get to the unsafe place that they took the picture that the deliveries are done, There is never anything there. In fact i am not sure if its my apartment members that are stealing or their delivery drivers. They never resolve anything even when you call to explain or report a situation. I have stopped ordering from fashionnova because of them and now i am about to stop ulta as well. No one wants to take responsibility of their actions.

They ca make your day go bad in an instance ad kill your hopes if you are planning for a delivery.

This is the only shipping company I've ever dealt with that lied about a delivery. Camera evidence they never delivered, bogus investigation ended without starting. REI is on the hook for $500 to replace, but it costs consumers in the end. Only explanation that makes sense to me with all of these similar complaints is outright theft by Lasership.

Horrible horrible horrible. They lied to me by saying it would be delivered today even though website had other data. Not worth my time to keep writing what every one else has written. But I will never order again from any retailer that uses them, I PROMISE!

They steal your packages and mark them as delivered. Stay away! All packages were marked as delivered during Christmas season yet none were actually delivered. What a way to ruin the holidays
