PLEASE! Stay away from using this shipping company... and If your vendor uses it, it's best to cancel your order. What an awful experience. Athey lost my package valued at $170 when I reported it the did a so call "investigation" that lasted a day. They don't give you any updates... this company is a robbery and needs to be put out of business. I'm starting to believe the employees are the ones stealing the merchandise. Consumers be aware!

I live in a condominium on the 5th floor. Luckily I work from home, everytime LaserShip is delivering a package it gets lost or delivered outside my building. They don't call or attempt to actually properly deliver any item, not sure why merchants keep working with this incompetent company. Hottopic and Lunchbox should stop working with LaserShip.

Lord knows I be SICKKK when I find out this company is delivering my packages Thank god I have always gotten my deliveries, but just this past weekend one of their delivery carriers decided to mark my package delivered & signed some bogus name. I wasn't home, and the signature was nobody I know I respect it but ion know if I should laugh or be upset, just grateful that person wasn't a thief.

Getting 1 star because zero isnt an option.
This company gave me the run around and wasted my time. Tracking showed my package was in their lical facility for 3 days. When I enquired, was told to wait 2 days for an answer. Then the tracking changed to delivered in the middle of the night.
I reported that no package had been delivered, and was told to wait another 2 days while they look into it. Two days later, I got another email saying my package had been delivered.
I never received my package and have since gone directly to the seller with this issue.

I ordered products from Bath and body Works and they use the sketchy company, laserShip delivered my package to the wrong house, no address was listed. Just a picture of my package sitting on someone else's porch with no visible address. LaserShip does not provide any kind of phone contact and if you try to do the automated chat, they will cut you off in the middle of it stay away this is not a legitimate company.

This is the third delivery from laser ship I've had from various retailers. The first one I did not see on camera but two items were broken. Then I got an item from Nordstrom, and an item from Saks off 5th avenue. Both of those packages I have video of the delivery person literally throwing it onto my porch even though there's absolutely no reason to do so. I could not upload the video because it is only 11 seconds long, but I was able to save frames that show the throw in progress. My porch is easy to access, I have a wide sidewalk with no hindrance and there's absolutely no reason for them to hurl it. It's like they are doing it for fun it's disgusting and these people need to be fired. Just gross and disrespectful.

I've never had shipping issues until i ran into companies using this shipping service. I believe they stole my package and falsified my signature. I would pay more as long as it's not lasership "delivering" and stealing my packages

Apparently this is a reoccurring issue with this company and I'm surprised they're still in business. Got a notification that my package was delivered at 9:30 Saturday night and left at the front door. Got home to an empty porch. Checked the Ring for footage which confirmed that no delivery was made at all nor was there any vehicles near my house at that time. Contacted customer service Sunday morning which is a waste of time. The representative claimed she couldn't pull up any info on the driver or where the package was left. I told her other companies take pics of food being left and y'all don't take pics of items costing hundreds of dollars to at least protect yourself? She replied no sir. I'm pretty sure they're not going to be able to resolve this issue based on the customer service. I'm a former UPS package tracking agent and she didn't ask in pertinent questions involving recovering the package. Definitely will be checking who the shipper is for future purchases and if their name shows up I'm canceling the order.

Pandora jewelry use this fly by night outfit to ship my wife's surprise gift.

Its really no surprise that it never arrived, especially considering I've never heard of this delivery company before.

They never responded on their customer service chat, but I was able to get a hold of a representative after a considerable investment of time on the phone. But ultimately they were of little help just referring me back to Pandora to file a claim. (Sounded like they're working out of a Eastern European call center)

If you run a business and you want to save a few pennies on shipping your top dollar merchandise,. But don't care about your customers I would highly recommend lasership.

The first time I was supposed to receive an order through LaserShip, they sent my order back to the company from which I bought it. They said they couldn't find the delivery address. It's in Google maps!

Now a different company shipped my order through Laser Ship. It's been at the facility for three days and hasn't been delivered...and I put delivery instructions and spoke with someone in Customer Service!

9 out 10 times they can't seem to deliver a simple package to the correct address! Several times left at the wrong address. This last time was left in a completely different town! Calling does no good. They say they will investigate and get back to you. They never do! Nothing gets done!

I won snkrs off the snkrs app. The cherry 11s that i got exclusive access on. They "lost my package" at first so i called i was talking to a woman for about 20 minutes and she opened investigation and sent me emails. 3 days go by and it now says that i am "out of the service zone" i try to call back and get help it sends straight to voicemail and will not let me speak to anyone. If you order something and it says Laser Ship is going to deliver your package CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY. Do not waste your time this may be the worst delivery service i've ever gone through. 0/5

Claimed attempted delivery on 3 different occasions. I work from home. Then told a code was needed to deliver; there are no codes needed for my neighborhood or front door. Called and was told a 2nd attempt was not made as they do not do same day 2nd attempts even though I have a text message conversation and screenshot showing that they did attempt a 2nd time on the same day.
I would leave less than 1 star if that was an option. I'm still waiting for my package and have contacted the retailer for further assistance. HORRIBLE!

I have been getting home early for the last 2 day because the package was to be delivered. Now I get a text that is out of state. I would pay extra shipping fees not to use laser ship.i will not order anything else on line if the company use laser ship. The black picture is exactly what I got nothing

They say "delivery attempted' as an excuse not to meet the delivery deadline, even though theres:
1. Nothing to attempt- my packages don't require signature they can just be left at door
2. I have cameras everywhere and they just don't come- the fact that they "attempted" is a lie

My son did not receive 2 packages shipped by LaserShip. When a replacement package was sent by Bath and Body Works, they used LaserShip again. My son's package was delivered today. LaserShip put OUTSIDE of his apartment building!

Businesses that use lasership as their method of shipping should be prepared for frequent full customer refunds. I've ordered countless items and when lasership is used by the business my package is left in the rain, thrown on the street, or never delivered. Why does anyone continue to choose lasership!?!?

Do not use this company! Check with the Better Business Bureau and you will see what I'm saying. Go with tried and true delivery services. This company should be out of business!

This Mickey Mouse company are all thieves and when you chat to cust service they never know nothing. I believe they stole my package. Terrible carrier
