My package was sent from Las Vegas to Yuma and it took days. I finally received it after they dropped it over a security gate at 920pm. The packagehad been opened and the item was missing! So now I have to put a claim in. Dont use these people or have any seller use them! They are like:third world"...

I had a package delivered today and the $#*! driver instead of walking it to my door like you would think a good driver would do, decided to throw my package. Thank goodness nothing was broken since it's an gift. Terrible service! Hopefully never have them or him again!

Lasership is by far the WORST shipping company and I am confused as to why they are even still in business. Lasership needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! Any company that uses Lasership is out of their minds as well. Lasership delivered my package on a Sunday to a business that was CLOSED! Every time I have ordered something from a company and they've used Lasership somehow my package was stolen or "lost." When you call lasership to file a dispute they claim they're going to "investigate" the package. Then in about a day or two I receive an email basically stating there isn't anything they can do about this. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I hate Lasership so much! Any company that uses them, I cancel my order and refuse to order from them again. Lasership does not hold their drivers accountable for the careless mistakes they make when it comes to delivering your packages. I have never seen a more incompetent company in my life! I HOPE LASERSHIP GOES OUT OF BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY!

I ordered something from Freepeople, I tracked the package from the Shop app, long story short. This company hires thieves that falsified the delivery date as delivered in which I have three camera directions on my porch no delivery was every made. The worst company ever, bad costumer service and they always deliver package to your neighbors and they never answer calls

I was expecting the delivery to my car dealership, our hours are 9 to 7 pm. on their website they stated they attempted delivery at 5:11 which they never did because i was still here. As of today, its been out for delivery since 7 am and still nothing. Poor communication skills and lying about attempting deliveries is unacceptable.

They didn't deliver my order and it took them 4 days to investigate about it, then sent me an email saying that they delivered it! Liars and thieves!

Order placed on 14th I already gave my address but, lasership wants me to work for free and write down directions on how to get to a location they should have on file. I'll never purchase from fashion nova again after this.

When I saw that lasership was the company used to ship my very expensive jacket from REI, I was incredibly anxious. They have a lot of bad press and the last time a retailer used a company like them to deliver my package, it hung out in someone's car for nearly a month. I only received it after I filed an insurance claim and no one ever signed for it.
That was not the case here. The package was set to arrive today and it arrived today much to my overwhelming relief. So while what others on here are saying regarding this company are likely true, my experience was a delight.
I can only hope that many others get the same service I did and feel compelled to share there experiences here.

I live in a college dorm, and the mailroom is closed on Saturdays. LaserShip marked my package as "unable to complete delivery due to business closure" at 3:33PM, but marked it as "delivered" at 4:20PM. They claim to have left it with me, however I wasn't even in the state at that time. Since I wasn't there, and the mailroom was closed, I strongly believe that the delivery driver, upon realizing that the package was a new pair of Adidas shoes, decided to steal them, and mark the package as delivered to cover their trail. I've reached out to LaserShip multiple times about this issue, and every time they respond saying they've "completed the investigation" within an hour of me reaching out, and that I should "contact my seller for further assistance". I'm now short $80 and a new pair of shoes, and have been dealing with their awful customer service for almost two weeks, with no foreseeable progress.

I find lasership useless
I find lasership useless. I had a package "delivered" and the picture clearly showed the package sitting at some door that was not mine. Lasership "completed" their investigation saying that their records showed it was delivered even though I "claimed" it had not. Useless, totally useless.

My package was sent to a different lasership company in Vancouver Washington instead of Portland Oregon. And they lost my package in transit. Would not consider this shipping company ever again. Poor customer service and stupid tracking service.

I ordered a package from Under Armor that was supposed to be delivered by Laser Thieves. After 4 days of claiming they couldn't find my residential single family home I received a text that the package was delivered to my front porch. This was a complete fabrication and obviously the package was stolen. I feel silly about originally believing the package was lost. Hard to believe UA would be associated with a corrupt company like Laser Thieves.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with regarding a delivery. After ordering over a period of 3-4 years, I have never received a package from Banana Republic and other reputable companies. I don't understand why they continue to use this delivery service (lower Cost)?. If you call the company,you get a run- around. Three different people have told me the package on the truck and would come next day. That was five days ago and today I got an e- mail, they can't find the package.

I have no words describe how much I hate this delivery company. They either lose packages or make the delivery process a pain in the neck. Feels like they hire careless/stupid/rude people on purpose. Why are they still on the market? Why good retailers work with them?

So I ordered sneakers from Nike...my shoes was suppose to be delivered 11/12/22. No package the tracking kept saying not picked up from seller. Well the seller Nike shipped it out out of the warehouse. So there's no sign of my sneakers whatsoever. Nike doesn't have them and lasership is saying that they do. I trust Nike cause I work for them so how sway. Whoever picked up my package from Nike is walking around wearing my f'n shoes. I hate it there these people are the worst who picked up my package and why are yall stealing people's stuff I want to sue this co. So bad they are the worst

Second time they said a package was delivered but never was. I'm sure they have their hands in the cookie jar and that's why the packages never make it to you. Be wary of them and never use Lasership if at all possible.

My clothing package was left thrown beside my mailbox in the pouring rain. Not a long driveway. Wide concrete driveway. No barriers between the road and house. Very unacceptable and unprofessional.
