Stollen packages

4th time they claim my package was delivered and left at my front door and no package was left! Filed multiple complaints, to no avail. SCUM BAG COMPANY!

Yet again, another amazon package shipped via laser ship has not arrived on time. I have actually lost count of how many deliveries this company has bungled. One day delivery? Total joke. If it's coming via leadership on a weekend it won't arrive. Ever. These people only pretend to deliver on weekends. They always claim there was a delivery problem. Not sure how they keep managing to fool amazon into thinking they are comoeeent.

I was really really really paranoid and very worried. I'm not that much confident that laser ship will deliver my shipment because I see the other is in most of them. If not all of them are one star is either some saying, or people stole their packages or they arrived at different places next door or they didn't even arrive at all son said they failed to deliver. Some said it was delivered even though it wasn't so I was really really really scared but honestly everything when I'm right, I live in a apartment complex which is fairly simple. Is it a one entrance door? He had nothing to do whoever it was so it was fairly simple but still I felt like you were delivered it somewhere else for the shipping but I've been wrong but no it was correct. I just got a notification that it was delivered. I went downstairs and package is right on my hands not to say that I would choose you guys again if I could avoid you if I do get you unexpectedly from Temu or SHEIN. Then I'll see you at least a bit more confident that it's another company that did the deliver my last shipment so far. So if I may not shoot you again, but if I do, I could at least be a little more confident that you guys will deliver it round of applause guys you did your job.

Customer service is non existent and they do not deliver packages…if your amazon order says it will be delivered by laser ship just choose another product so you will actually get your items.

The LaserShip facility is in the same county as I am. All day yesterday, the message (when I tracked) was that my item was out for delivery. At 10:25PM their last message was that they couldn't deliver the package because no one was home. The next day the reason was changed to a general could not deliver. It's 6:36PM and the same thing is happening today. My package is out for delivery. WHEN? WHERE? I can't believe I actually paid extra for expedited shipping.

Lasership is the worst shipping company in the whole entire world i order some stuff from fashion nova and this is the third time they delivered my package to the wrong door.if you want to get your package do not use Laser-ship because you will not get your package.fashion nova said my package was delivered with Lasership on July 20th 2023 and I still haven't got it and today is July 21st 2023.

Horrible services

Lasership workers are the worst. I live in a NYCHA building, they leave the packages downstairs by the mailbox. And in the hallway bye the door. Anyone can steal your package. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO DO BETTER!

Horrible

This has got to be the worst customer service and delivery service ever. Can't get any information about where my package is at. All i get sense yesterday is is on the truck and out for delivery. For two days it's on the truck? When i checked again a few minutes ago i put the tracking number in and it said delivered. But the address it delivered to is in Florida. I'm in Ohio never again. Probably won't get my package or my money back. Horrible horrible horrible. Zero

I purchased some merchandise a week to two weeks ago. The package stated it will be delivered by Wednesday, which is today. The delivery company stated that they delivered my package Monday at 12:35 a.m. I called the company, they have no pictures that it was delivered or nothing. Someone stole my clothes and sold them or is wearing them and I have a trip that I was getting ready for. The merchant is making me wait 72 hours after delivery to move forward. This delivery company has been a big inconvenience to my life. I don't know why the merchant chose them. I definitely do not recommend these thieves. They will say your product is delivered and you won't receive it. They need to have honest human beings working for the company. I hope this helps someone choose wisely. I'm currently pending investigation on these people.

Bad services

Lasership is the worst carrier. They do not deliver on time and you cant call. They do not care about the delivery. I am waiting for over 10 days for a package and all they said is to contact the seller.

Lightning fast service
July 18, 2023

Ordered on TEMU July 4th, Cleared Customs on July 7th, It is now the 17th and still no package. LaserShip is always used when my packages are late; and order thru TEMU. Do not use LaserShip; there must be only one employee delivering it seems. Package is now in Fontana after 10 days of clearing customs. Do not use LaserShip. Do not use TEMU. Garbage Garbage Garbage.

NO INTEGRITY

There is no reason why companies in 2023 are still using this company. I have yet to receive a successful delivery from this company. Poor communication, poor customer service, just horrible company overall. They just take photos of random doors and claim the package was delivered.

I have had so many delivery problems with this company for the past 10 months. The merchant I order clothing from use this company. The fist time their driver left my package at another apartment. The second time I took of work to be home when they did deliver my package, and the indicated that the leasing office was closed, when they were suppose to deliver the package to my apartment (which the address is right on the package), and I previously called customer service to let them put notes into my account I setup with them. They have the WORST deliver service I've encountered. All you have to do is read the address on the packages. PERIODT!

Hate it. Tracking is always wrong. It will say out for delivery then few hours later it will say it was scanned in another town so it isn't. Then it is like 5 days of guessing tracking is misleading. Fanatics needs to stop using them or I won't buy anymore. Fantastic customer service only hasn't heard that from me.

I'm not satisfied with my online order from Walmart which was scheduled to be delivered by Lasership courier because I was promised that my online order was scheduled to be delivered yesterday 7/12/23, I waited until 10 pm at the door but I never received my order message delayed. I don't know when will I received my order. Will keep everybody posted in a later day, until I receive the item I ordered.

I've had it. Nine times out of 10, when I order from a company that uses LaserShip, they mess it up! Several times, their driver has not read my ZIP code, and delivered my packages to someone who has my same 4th Street address a good 20 miles away in a different ZIP code. At least two times, the driver has reported a package delivered, but it was not, and I have to place several phone calls to the local LaserShip office to try to track it. But, we have to conclude that it was lost. The customer service person in Pittsburgh is always nice and apologetic and tries to help, but obviously the system is broken beyond repair and LaserShip simply cannot get the job done reliably.

LaserShip just can't get it together, and I am sick and tired of it. I will no longer order from companies that continue to use this terrible service. They need to go out of business - how can they afford to be constantly replacing packages they lose? Please, merchants, use the U.S. Postal Service or UPS!
