3x I've ordered from temu and none of the packages that says delivered has come to my home. Temu needs to let go of this carrier immediately. I don't understand how they are still up after how many bad reviews and people not receiving their packages. They literally need to shut this down

My sister's package arrived a month late. It arrived with tire skid marks like it was ran over by a truck. Package was taped up like it was opened. The item came broken. I've heard nothing but bad things about LaserShip, I've seen videos about LaserShip doing things such as stealing packages, delivering them to the incorrect address, throwing them, opening them on the porch, taking a delivery confirmation photo then stealing them, running them over and more. LaserShip is not to trust. I have 3 packages coming with LaserShip and if anything is wrong with the packages I'm leaving another bad review. This company needs to be shut down, for real.

There was no package at front doors, both homes have video and no one appeared on the camera the entire day! This company is a loser, Chewy used them and let them go years ago! If you want your retailer to charge you and don't really want your order please ask them to ship via LaserShip.
I have had to dispute my charges as no one at LS will speak to me and no one at the retailer will return my emails or text messages.

How does this company stay in business and why does Butcher box use them? I waited all day for their delivery, due to my account showing that this expensive, perishable box was out for delivery, at 11:13 Am. I did not leave my house, because I was going on vacation and wanted to leave as soon as it was delivered. I rechecked my Butcher box account and it showed delivered, at 7:41 pm!, which was false. I checked will all of my neighbors (6 total) and no one had it. Companies may save shipping cost, but these companies will lose their business, if they continue to use such a terrible delivery company.

They either steal packages or loose them carelessly. Always late delivery packages. This company is not professional.

The drivers are still in packages. Laser ships doing nothing about it clothes and shoes for my trip never received that talking about Investigation is over There was never one a notre driver stole my package

I had never heard of Laser Ship before I started buying from Temu. I probably order way to much now but am also so happy to see my Laser Ship driver pull up. Friendly, on time and great service. My delivery driver is so sweet and I am so happy she delivers to me. I will be buying more just to see her more often.

They mark your package as delivered and then you reach out to them to "investigate" and they do nothing. Customer Service is a joke, i hope they stopped being used by these companies.

Horrible service. I wish I could rate zero stars. Temu continues to use them as I'm always having issues with my packages being lost or not delivered. I always have to get refunded when this carrier is being used. My address is correct and Temu sometimes don't want to give me my $5 for having delay of delivery or no delivery. Thank God I can get a refund. However Temu will be loosing customers if they continue using their scheming services.

I'd give them no damn stars if I could that's how bad they are. I've been waiting on my package for over a week now and it still says PENDING...smdh... LaserShip you suck!

Extremely bad company. Mishandling package, delayed 5 times, no tracking update for 3 weeks. As other customers complainted, their internal staffs steal the packages since nobody can access their warehouse storage. LaserShip is supposed to be the last mile shipping carrier. Normal delivery time should be within a couple of days. Not three weeks!

This is not a real company. Most likely this is a fake company or running a scam! Beware!

This courier is a chaos. I had the same issue three times in the last month. They supposedly have a problem with my address. The address is right, but they didn't deliver the package and provided the following: "Please confirm full address within 3 business days". I don't know if Old Navy, JCPenney, Temu, etc. use this company because is cheap, but the service is a mess.

After several weeks of being undeliverable, they lost my package worth over $300. Tried customer service and many times and they were completely not helpful. My take package they returned to seller, Gap, got no reason. Seller dug not even request the return Abdul horrible. I had a ups package in the same order and was easily delivered early to my house. Never use ontrac and lasership if you can help it!

This company has to be the worst I've ever encountered. Fake Attempted deliveries when they never even tried. Delivered to wrong address multiple times and never got my package. Please for the love of god shut down this jenky operation you have going. You are terrible. Then you try to reach customer service and they are no help at all and 99 percent of them don't speak English.

The number of packages LaserShip has "lost" is now at 9. I don't know if their employees are stealing the packages or if they legit get lost but this company is the WORST delivery service on the planet. One package said it was delivered after midnight. I have cameras and I can confirm it was 100% not delivered at any time nevermind after midnight. I ordered a hat and it says returned to seller. Why? Nothing wrong with the address! I have told every single business I order from that uses LaserShip to please stop. It's messed up they steal from customers and businesses every day.

I must warn anyone considering using Lasership for their shipping needs to think twice before subjecting themselves to this utterly disastrous company. Lasership is, without a doubt, the worst shipping carrier in the history of all time, and my recent encounter with them has left me dumbfounded by their sheer level of incompetence.

Reliability is another word that does not exist in Lasership's vocabulary. My package went on a mysterious adventure, delayed and lost in the void of their incompetency. It's astonishing that a company claiming to be in the shipping business can consistently fail at the most fundamental aspect of their job.

But wait, it gets worse. Even if by some miracle you manage to reach out to them, brace yourself for disappointment. Their chat support is utterly useless, staffed by individuals who seem to be reading from a script that bears no relevance to the issue at hand. It's like talking to a brick wall, but less helpful.

I'm genuinely flabbergasted that Lasership is still allowed to operate under such abysmal work conditions. Their disregard for customers and complete lack of accountability is downright cringe-worthy. I've never encountered a company so skilled at making a mockery of the entire concept of package delivery.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly implore anyone reading this review to steer clear of Lasership at all costs. Spare yourself the misery and headache of dealing with this catastrophic excuse for a shipping carrier. They've managed to achieve a level of failure that is truly remarkable, and I can only hope that one day they'll realize the damage they've done to their reputation and, ideally, shut down their operations for good.

Save yourself the trouble and choose literally any other shipping carrier available. You'll thank yourself later.

This is worse shipping company I never had before, the shipman don't want to following customers delivery instructions, I want pick up by person. The shipman leaves packages in the apartment building inside the public areas, someone will steal the package, I lost almost 7-8 packages in this year, today is 7/24/23, it is horrible shipping company, i shopping in temu.com, before they use the post office for shipment, now temu change laser shipping company for shipment, I don't want shopping to temu, because I don't trust laser shipping company anymore.

I ordered from Temu and didn't realize they use Lasership. I waited all day for my package and it didn't come. I wake up at 3am to a notification on my phone saying it was delivered. Turns out it was delivered at 10:20 at night. Delivery guy didn't bother to knock or anything. I was laying down not asleep yet and someone could have stolen the package from the time it was dropped off to the time I went out to get it at 3am...
