On August 29,2023 I clearly viewed my camera and the delivery female tossed my package like a horseshoe on my porch. Not one time was I notified via text, nor did she knock or attempt to place it between my front door and screen to hid it from view. She took a picture showing it was delivered WITHOUT CARE and I can clearly see a male juvenile grab my package that I waited entirely too long to receive, for it to be stolen because SOMEONE THAT WORKS FOR LASER SHIP did not notify me via text that my clothes were delivered. I didn't ask for an email, I said a text!

They (Leadership) posted $800 to $1400 a week. It's a lie. These weirdos should be in jail. I worked one day. No instructions from any person of consequence...just some guy named "Leo" who was a person that sucked a D. I'm not wasting any more time on this post. F this company.

The worst

Lasership is the worst delivery service. They are days late delivering. They are so lazy. The delivery is never to your actual door or porch. If it's storming you can guarantee the delivery will be left in the bad weather. Our boxes are damaged. Ripped open. Our food is thawed out.
I don't order from places that use lasership but businesses don't always tell you who they are using. If lasership delivers i don't order from that company again
Its not worth the headaches

Delivery folks with this company are not reading delivery instructions or addresses. My packaged delivery was first attempted to the wrong building. I left delivery instructions 3X.
Then it was delivered even further, to who knows where?! Delivery person took a picture of where it was delivered and it's not even on the same street!
I'm thinking it was stolen, and they just took a picture of where they said it was delivered and marked as delivered. I contacted customer service and they said they would get back to me in 2 business days. 3 days later, no response. Terrible experience. And, I'm not the only one. Just do a Reddit search for lazership. I would not recommend using this shipping company to anyone. Terrible service, terrible.
A week after my package was scheduled.

This is the most useless and most unreasonable courier service i have ever come across their services is so so poor, the silly delivery agents in charge of delivering parcels to customer are so incompetent. I had an order from fashionova which was meant to be delivered i got a mail saying it has been delivered but i never saw my parcel I got the tracking history only for the stupid delivery person to say he or she left my parcel at the lobby what a dumb $#*! thing to do i live in an apartment and for crying out loud it has a parcel room. I will so call out your company until i get my missing parcel. All the companies using this courier service should put a stop to it or else you will loose all your customers. Their services is just nothing to write home about.

They are on strike #2

My first order to be delivered by LaserShip strangely never "was received from the seller". The seller quickly refilled that order and, unfortunately, is using LaserShip to get it to me again. It's been "out for delivery" since this morning and still hasn't arrived. Why do I get the feeling LaserShip employees might be taking packages and not delivering them - is someone post selling or taking themselves? Too coincidental with both packages not making it to me.

If at all possible, avoid this courier at all costs! Wish I could give a 0 rating. I recently purchased $70+ worth of products from Ulta and they used these fools to deliver the package. They delivered the package, but they did so at 10:23pm and didn't even ring my bell. So of course, my package was stolen from my residence. I immediately reached out to them and, of course, wouldn't receive a response for 2-3 business days. I tried to call as well, and literally, the first option on the customer service line says "if your package was delivered but you didn't receive your package, press 1". When that's the first option, you know the service is crap! I selected the option and was told by the automated message to contact my seller. I did contact the seller even though it's not their fault that this courier delivered at an absurd time and didn't bother to ring the bell to let me know a package was delivered. The seller was gracious enough to resend the products to me at no additional cost and through FedEx. I now have my package no thanks to Lasership. I did receive an email from Lasership in response to my email inquiry, again, telling me to contact the seller because there's nothing they could do. I replied to them saying I've already contacted the seller to resolve the issue because I knew that was the crap response I would receive from Lasership and told them to do better, and especially don't deliver packages at 10:23pm! (Seriously, who does that!?) Businesses should not use this crap service. You may be cutting costs to use their services, but in the end you end up paying for the "lost" products…

I had a bad experience with Lasership delivery company. They delivered my package on an apartment on the first floor and it got lost. They were lazy, couldn't go up to the 3rd floor. The seller resend the package to me and now it shows that it was deliverd. They left the package at the front door of the building and I never got it. This is the worse company to send a package. I'm very disappointed. Now I lost my money because of them. Lazy and irresponsible people that's what they are. I would recommend it to anybody.

If a company sends you a message stating package wi be delivered via lasership or ontrac... kindly ask for a return. You'll never get package. They give delivery confirmations with times such as "2:34am left on doorstep" or "11:59am left in parcel box" none of which are true. In this day in age to say you can't find a address is ridiculous. They should be closed. I've had to submit two complaints to BBB in order for company I ordered from to refund my money because if the lies reported from this company of packages being delivered.

I really hate this lasership service. I'm confused as to why they are still in business because everyone I know have had terrible reviews as well. Time and time they NEVER deliver my orders. I wish companies would stop using them. It's either the wrong address or my stuff says delivered and no package. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I'm gonna stop ordering from companies that use this service because they are THE WORST!

Steam should be coming from my ears!

I made a purchase from a reputable company for the first time and learned about LaserShip when it was time to track the package. The package was sent to LaserShip on the next business day as stated by the seller. I know because LaserShip acknowledged it and sent a tracking number. Their tracking system has supposedly be down since Tuesday, August 8; so I couldn't check on it. The seller had no way to check its location either. The 2-day delivery date came and went with NO word from the shipper, and the seller refunded my "expedited delivery" fee. Now two days after the package should have arrived, I checked and saw that LaserShip's tracker is now "working." The details read like a non-rush order that they just received yesterday--Thursday--when I ordered it last weekend. No explanation. No apology. No apparent attempt to rush the order despite the initial request for 2-day delivery.

Shipping is clearly not this company's priority, and I'm stunned that reputable sellers use them. I'll gues it's time to ask sellers about their shipper in the future.

LaserShip is a no for me, and I would award zero stars if I could.

Absolutely abysmal delivery experience

I'm not one to write reviews but it is insane how this company couldn't fulfill their one job. When I ordered online from the retailer and gave them my address, OnTrac took that address and somehow completely butchered it. They tried to deliver my package to an address in a different state for days! Then when I contacted customer service they claimed they fixed it and the next day OnTrac AGAIN tried to deliver it to the wrong house. And Customer service had the audacity to tell me to put my address in carefully. Still don't have my package, LaserShip can suck a fat one.

Terrible

This company is terrible they clearly cannot read delivery addresses. Everytime I order from a company that uses laser ship for their means of shipping my package is "delivered" however not to many address. There customer service is awful and does not take responsibility. Like how hard is it to deliver correctly. Hire people who can read. Or make the driver responsible to try to locate that package were they left it because it's there fault.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and someone else took it. The delivery person didn't even bother to read the correct address number because mine is 166 and they left my package at 170. I can somewhat understand if they had dropped it off somewhere in the 160's but come on! I understand mistakes happen and human error exists, but to not even double check addresses while in broad daylight is absurd. What upsets me even more about this, is that I had to request a refund from the company I ordered from even though they did nothing wrong and this is the complete and total fault of the incompetent and negligent deliver driver. I don't even want them to resend my items because do not want to risk dealing with LaserShip again. LaserShip- I know it's not your responsibility to teach adults how to read,but at least make sure that the ones that are employed by you know how to!

Worst shipping service in the world

These $#*!s said that they delivered my package but upon checking everywhere even outside my building my package was nowhere to be found. They said they left it with a doorman. What $#*!ing doorman. There is no doorman at my apartment building. Like any sane person I contract customer service. Customer service says sorry we lost track of your package maybe you should contact the seller. Wtf is the seller supposed to do. They trusted that the $#*!s in this stupid shipping service would be competent enough and not total thieves to be able to deliver something properly but clearly they were wrong. I'm sure that some $#*!ing employee probably stole my $#*! marked it as delivered and now I'll never get my $#*! back. Respectfully, I hope this goes to $#*!, oh wait it already has. $#*! these $#*!s.

More often than not, LaserShip's "Shipment Progress" updates lie about the actual status of delivery, and the deliveries are more often delayed than being on time. Its delivery people also hardly bother to bring the package to our front porch. Instead, they would leave it at the head of the driveway, on top of the mailbox, or worse yet (as it is illegal) cram it into our mailbox. We never chose them, but the vendor that we order products from kept using them despite our repeated complaints about LaserShip's highly unprofessional and illegal practices.
