There should be a confirmation email sent straight after the customer places their order. I was left wondering if my order went through until the next business day when I received the email stating my purchase had been shipped.

After moving house had lost the remote for my Laser BlueRay. Process to order new one was reasonably simple,and delivery came within only a few days. Very satisfied, now able to play my favourite DVDs & BlueRay discs again.

Courier left outside of locked office (in carpark), despite notifications that a signature was required. Why deliver to a business address outside of working hours?
That being said, someone brought it inside once discovered, and item received.
