I ordered 2 pair of shorts on june 30th here it is july 14 an still nothing not to mention i had ordered the same 2 pair a few weeks before this an they sent it to a store that is closed which in turn they sent the items back a refunded my card
It's an hour to the closest store, which is why I didn't immediately rush out madly to use my $20 birthday gift the company emailed me. I had signed up for their rewards program (at the store) just after my birthday and was pleased that they'd still send this, but I had obviously just been to their store! As luck would have it, the store closed due to Covid two days before I would have been able to go again, and the $20 off expired another two weeks later. OK, fine, everything sort of went upside down during that time. Now that the store is open again, I went yesterday and they would not honor the expired coupon in store. I was told to call customer service, which would give me a new code - I did, but they didn't. Not only could the CS rep not find my account, but she said I'd have to order by phone in order to use the coupon. Today I chatted online with another rep, who again could not find my account or any notes from yesterday's conversation. Conveniently, and only after I told him that it seems Lane Bryant CS reps need better training because the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, that most other companies are trying to be accommodating due to the Covid issues, that this runaround had cost too much of my time and I'd shop somewhere else, he found yesterday's notes and a case number. What a coincidence! I had worked in customer service a long time ago, and this is just BS (word to the wise: most times, when you ask for a manager, what you'll get is the person in the next cubicle, pretending to be a "manager"). He said they'd honor the coupon if I order a FULL PRICE item. Yeah, right. The gift was for $20 off ANY purchase. At this point, I neither want to order anything nor even check their store when I get there again. While I like the fit of their clothes, I find them a little overpriced, unless you can get them off the clearance racks (where I have, admittedly, gotten some killer bargains, so I'm giving 3 stars for the clearance section).
I keep ordering online and they keep cancelling items days later. No explanation, no apology; they just remove items. The people in the chat are useless. They didn't apologize... they didn't even attempt to explain.
Horrible customer service... just shop at Torrid.
First time customer coming in. I live about 45 mins away and this store was the closest one to me. Due to the covid-19 the store at the Greene was asking people to wear a mask. I didn't have one. Due to the covid-19 they wouldn't fit me for my correct size and the fitting rooms were closed. I told them my size problem, they suggested a size, then I took two items home only to find out they didn't fit at all. I work a lot of hours and I do not have time to come back anytime soon. Please note, the cashier was very friendly and professional. I don't blame them. I blame the company. I understand taking precautions, but sometimes you can go a little too far with them. It's very inconvenient for the people that have limited amounts of time. It would have been worth the wait to wait for a clean fitting room than to have to take time out of another day to return.
Online the stores says it's open and when you go to the store its still closed.
I have called the store then called corporate office to find out if they will ever open again just to be on hold for 38 minutes. I need to return something and purchase some other items.

Don't order online and especially dont pay for 2 day or rush delivery because you will waste your money! I paid for 2 day and its been almost a week. Still waiting. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LANE BRYANT!
I made sure that when i placed an order it would be shipped and received by april 10. It us an easter gift and if not received it is useless to me. Well guess what, it's still pending. Yesterday i was assured it was preparing to ship. Guess what still pending. We have bought from vendors shipping in 24 hours. This is not the first problem I have had with lane bryant or catherines. They feel you ade getting a deal with free shipping. I don't care about free shipping, i want my order. We are all impacted by the coronavirus. However this is a business. You provide a service and if you can't deliver then don't offer it. I have been a customer a long time but with the aggravation it will be the last order i lkace. There are too many companies with good service to be bithered with this again.

They charge more for international returns then the clothes are worth! Worst, their website does not state that they charge fees for returns! When you call them, their rep just keeps on repeating the same thing and does not listen. Tried to explain that the policy is different on the web site, but rep did not care.
I placed a large order for underwear that came in six separate shipments and it was very confusing the way the invoices were processed. I decided to go into the store to see if I could swap out the sizes in the store but they only had 2of the correct size so I was returning 10 pairs. Now the refund problem begins, because I had paid during the holidays with PayPal. They will not give you a refund in the store it has to be all shipped back to the warehouse and then the warehouse will refund PayPal to your original payment method which takes a minimum of 3 weeks. During this process in one of the shipments they had sent me a $40 bra instead of a pair of panties at $8.50 I called them to let them know and dutifully returned to them they're expensive bra and a credit was made to my PayPal within 24 hours for the invoiced but missing underwear. When I gave the 10 pairs of underwear to the employee in the store all I was handed was a tracking slip for UPS I have no receipt to show that I returned 10 pairs of underwear they kept the invoice for the underwear and I have no proof accept a tracking slip for a package but not what the contents were no receipt was given nothing that details how much I would be due back so I suggest that nobody pay them by PayPal this was my first and only time using it thinking I would be saving myself any kind of online Breach instead I got nothing but headache and I am still hoping my credit card will be refunded the full amount.
The store claims that they will provide a price match but they will not! In my past experiences Black Friday was always the best deals even though there is a Cyber Monday. However, this year was different. On Black Friday the online deal was 30% off and on Cyber Monday it was 50% off. I purchased items on Friday and once i saw how discounted Monday was i wrote to customer service requesting a Price Match. They refused to price match me. So i will be Returning all the items i bought from Black Friday and never shopping there again.
I purchased a shirt from Lane Bryant and after wearing and washing once it bled all over! I will never shop there again! Cheap clothes!
I live in a rural area and do almost all online shopping so I ordered some items from Lane Bryant. They advertised "easy returns". It was extremely difficult to return. I even contacted customer service and they said they couldn't help me. I ended up telling me I couldn't do USPS returns online-even though their return policy states you can. I ended up just taking it to the PO and taking care of everything myself. I'll never order from them again.
I love the fact that their pants are for so many different sizes including length and hip-width, which is soooo rare. They have great sales and their clothes are typically roomier than many other plus-size stores.
Purchased 3 items. Not true to size. Returned. Partial credit. Taking too many calls and too much time to get my money back! Will not shop again ever!

Found a few great things I was going to buy, around 260$ and wasn't finished,
When all of a sudden the food kicked in something didn't agree... I beg the Lady to please use the rest room it was a emergency, she responded no we don't have public bathroom, I said I know, this one time please again no, so I put all the clothes down, you lost out on about 400$ it was at WaterFord Ct. At 4 pm I wasn't someone he just walked in to use the rest room I was there for over 45 min. Shopping, shame on them. They lost a very good customer for good...
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THE LANE BRYANT STORE AT THE MILLS AT JERSEY GARDENS REGARDING STAFF GIVING $20 BILL AS CHANGE INSTEAD OF A $50 BILL -THEY HAVE NOT YET RESPONDED -THEY CLEARLY DON'T TAKE WITH KIND OF DECEPTION SERIOUSLY- BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF SHOPPING AT THIS STORE DON'T SUPPORT A STORE THAT DOESN'T PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I stopped shopping with Lane Bryant and have moved onto Torrid instead. I think that the clothes are more styled for a business outing or a formal event instead of everyday wear. Don't get me wrong they have plenty of clothes on there that could be considered "everyday wear", but I feel older while wearing those. I like that torrid makes me feel younger and more stylish and is a tiny bit cheaper.
I do absolutely believe that Lane Bryant is worth the money if you are looking for a dress or a work outfit.
I have stopped shopping here unless I have absolutely no choice. The last time I purchased clothing from them I bought 4 pairs of pants@ 69.95 each. 2 were black and 2 were beige after one wear the hems and seems came undone in different spots on all 4 pairs of pants. When I brought them to the store they would not exchange them because I did not have a receipt. I explained that I ordered them online and that the receipt was accidentally tossed in the trash. When I called corporate they pretty much said too bad so sad. They did not offer to help or make it right. Mind you I didn't only buy pants. I spent about $500.00 for that order which included undergarments, shirts, and other basics. This company does not treat customers well and will not stand behind their product.
