I had ordered three Hinkley Portia Modern LED Bath Lights. One of them came with a defect (a bleb) in one of the glass cylinders. After a pleasant phone call to Lamps Plus, they had Hinkley ship me a replacement glass cylinder for no charge which arrived about a week later. And no need to return the defective cylinder.
Very frustrating that your site would not accept any coupon codes I could find online that claimed they were good through 6/4/2025.

Was able find a replacement lampshade easily.
I'm finding the lighting is not enough. The fan is a little too noisy. The good news is it's the perfect size for my kitchen. I'm hoping my handyman can incorporate lighting under the cabinets

I ordered two lamps but only one came. The woman I talked to about this situation was very apologetic and reordered my second lamp. It came very quickly.

It was easy to add the coupon that I received in the mail. It took care of about 1/2 the taxes applied to my purchase. I was disappointed in the amount of time it will take for the lamps to arrive. There was no option for a speedier delivery.
Unfortunately we had to return the two lamps that we purchased. The lamps were exactly as described but the design didn't quite fit with design of our dock. The return was done in the most expedient manner. The "return agent" was most professional. The entire experience was perfect. A pleasure to deal with this company.
