Replacing shades is no easy task. Your instructions were so simple that I had no problem selecting the shade. Your quality is very high and the construction is excellent.
It took almost 2 months to get my floor lamp and then when I put it together it leaned. I put the provided spacers under it but it's not the floor that's crooked but the lamp poles. I am keeping it as it's very heavy and too much hassle t9 return

I ordered a fan and the wiring did not work correctly so I returned it. They charged me $50 for the cut wires and $50 in extra shipping. Horrible customer service

The hanging lamp arrived in good condition and went together in about 30 minutes. The finish and overall build quality was good to excellent. Directions were minimal but complete. My only complaint is that the LED bulbs were not dimmable: I had to buy those locally.

I had an original silk shade on an antique lamp for many yrs. I replaced it with this faux silk shade that is the exact same shape and it looks great. Can't tell the difference
