I'm shocked to see some of the reviews on here. I've purchased from them two times, and both times it's been a great experience. Fast shipping, customer service corrected an issue for me quickly, and the lamp itself is amazing. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend Lampeez!
Easy to purchase, quick shipping without issues, when I got the lamp I was amazed. Surprised to read some of the reviews on here. My experience was great. Works well and would definitely recommend.
I paid for my lamp a month ago. It still has not shipped. I contacted the company a few times via email and asked for a refund. They told me I cannot have a refund and that I would have to wait to receive the lamp, send it back, then they would give a refund. This makes no sense, especially because the product is still there. They admitted that it had not shipped. I was promised that it would ship a few times and it still has not. They stole my money!
This company is crap, bad on my part that I didn't do my research before ordering. Ordered first of November 2018, still have not received. I sent an email and was told in a not so nice way it would be shipping. I told them to cancel the order and they waited to respond for 3 days and then said it had shipped and they wouldn't cancel the order. So many scam companies that appear around the holidays. This company needs to be put out of business, they are doing nothing but taking advantage of people. Shame on them. May you rot in hell!
These 3D lamps are awesome and so colorful. I bought a couple of these for my kids and they love it. I would definitely recommend these lamps and it's a perfect gift for christmas.
I ordered the flower vase lamp for my niece for her birthday, I thought it would be great as a lamp for her bedside table and it's perfect. The online ordering was easy, price was great for the quality of the product and it was shipped out to me quickly and received without any issues. Great experience buying from this site, will purchase from them again.
It's an amazing lamp. Everyone who's seen it has been impressed. Not sure why the other review says not 3D. It's of course not fully 3D, hence the word illusion. It's actually flat but seems 3D when you look at it from a distance
When you look at the website, they have a variety of options you can choose from, so it's definitely hard to choose just one. They make great gifts for people either during birthdays or the holidays. I've bought five of these so far, and its been a great experience both times I ordered them!
I don't understand the 3-D part. It's a piece of plastic that lights up. I ordered the Christmas Tree which I could use in the bathroom as a night light. The other one I purchased was the American Flag for a Christmas present for my husband so he could put in his office. The entire flag doesn't light up. Just up the center of the flag. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this product.
Ordered 11/2/18, still not shipped and BS for communication, what little there's been. I'm not sure the merchandise actually exists. I'm about to cancel the credit card payment and move on. My advice is to stay away from Lampeez, or order from Amazon.
I ordered on 11/7/2018. They charge my credit card 2 times for my one order. They would not respond to my text until I contacted my credit card company. I went on white pages and did reverse look up. The company located at their address is a flooring company without any connection to Lampeez. The product hasn't shipped yet my credit card was charged weeks ago. This company is nearly criminal.
Didn't do my homework. You can purchase these items from Amazon for 60% less than this company's so-called sale prices and you would also have received them in a couple of days. I placed my order 12 days ago and it still has not shipped. Also see endless BBB complaints regarding return and refund issues with this company.
Order my lamp in October and still haven't received it. How long does it take to ship from Texas to Calif. This was going to be a birthday gift for my 11 year old grandson. Now I have to go out and buy something else. I well return it was soon if ever it gets here. I have been trying to call Lampeez but know one answer phone. Found out this is a house address. Please don't do business with this so called company.
This is a bad joke. I received my Christmas tree today and I wondered how it could come in such a small box until I opened the box to see it is a piece of clear plastic or acrylic with a base with a slit in it to stand the plastic tree in and there's a button to turn the light on. What a total misrepresentation of a product. I'm not even going to waste my time returning it - it will be put in the garbage and chalked up as a lesson learned.
I ordered 2 lamps as Christmas gifts for my grandsons and I know they will love them! Love the fact that they are unbreakable, as they will be putting them on a shelf (according to their Mom). One lamp arrived without an adapter, so I messaged them and asked if they could send me one, since I Did Not want to return the entire package. They were So gracious and sent me not one, but two! Additionally, the shipping time was Much faster than what I thought it would be. Took less than a week for the lamps to arrive. May take a bit longer at holiday time, but I could not be More Pleased with my Purchase.
I ordered 3 lamps as gifts. I looked at the designs when they arrived, but it wasn't until I gave them to my relatives and they were placed in the lightbase did the scratches show up.
The eagle had multiple small scratches and the German Shepherd had a 2" scratch from ear to ear. I asked if the German Shepherd could be replaced as the condition was so bad and the response I got was "Our lamp comes with 14 days policy.We cannot pursue with your claim."
No sorry for our poor workmanship. I had planned on buying more as Christmas presents, but they have lost a customer.
Placed an order. Never received it. Tried tracking it. Never shipped. No number for customer service. Sent an email with my order number asking what was going on. Got a 1 sentence response "Your order was delivered a long time ago". No it wasn't. No response since. STAY AWAY
Well first they are very much smaller then I thought especially for the cost, tho I bought them on sale. They all came in one box and I mistook the box as ONE lamp... so finally after trying to explain in their CHAT box I took the box apart to find 5 of 6 I ordered were there but one does NOT fit in the slot provided. These are Christmas and BD gifts so I really want them. Trying to find a phone n umber so I can actually SPEAK to a person,, I really like the looks of them. :O) yes this is a HONEST and OBJECTIVE review G=Ma
My Grandson uses his at bed time as a night light. I would recommend these lamps. Read the reviews and was surprised, as I had no issues with the lamp.
